Overall opinion is good, but for a four star, a few things lacking. We were cycling, and the attached Huerzeler bike hire station with the hotel were fantastic. The whole bike hiring & , storing spot on. We stayed in an apartment (606) which was spacious with most of the facilities you’d need. Bathroom, had great walk in shower, sinks & both hand & full rain shower . It’s wasn’t quite a full kitchen (had microwave, sink hob, fridge toaster), however we ate breakfast & eve meals in the hotel, which were fantastic. Plenty of selection, to cater for all tastes. Staff all great. Good facilities for people arriving departing, before/after room ready (luggage storage, shower facilities ), there was also a washer machine and dryer (4 Euros for a wash including washing powered inc). Location to the beach ideal. Beach lovely. We were originally placed into appartment 602, which was in a shady dark corner, with moss all over the balcony and pretty dank/damp & depressing. As we were staying 10 days, we asked to be moved to somewhere brighter and less dreary, staff obliged, and we moved a few apartments along, which were much brighter and not damp. We had everything we needed here, and would probably stay again, if we are cycling, or only want a few days on the beach/ by the pool. The location of this hotel is in a busy area and not ideal if you want more than a beach holiday, as other than the beach, the hotel is a situated on a busy strip, (lots of the same type of beach type shops/spars), not really somewhere you could go for a nice stroll. If however you just want to relax by a pool/beach or use as abase it’s fine. A few small improvements. Not charging for use of safe deposit box. A shelf in shower area (had to put shampoo etc on floor). Our appartment was sold as partial see view, we only had that by walking out of it… into the garden…

Even if the hotel have long History it is updated and feels newer. Our room (sea view double room at seccond flor) was spotless cleaned every day and had a new large Samsung TV as well as a fridge and hair dryer. Bathroom was large with an XXL shower. The room also contained a (bed?) sofa that was nice to sit in. In the balcony there was chairs and table. We where upgraded at arrival from the appartment we had booked to this sea view double room, as well as half board. Breakfast contained all you can need - and more! There was even ready made bread with chease and fruits to bring from the breakfast. Dinners was exelent with good variations and every day offered fish, chicken, meet and pasta in several variations. Most days also "a special" was offered and could be sushi, grilled leg of pig or calf. For the ones that like sweets there was endless good looking and tasting variations. All personel was really positive and helpful.

We went to this hotel as a family and were very satisfied.
The apartment with seaside view allows you to lie directly through the balcony door in your own "front garden" including 2 deck chairs or to walk a few meters to the beach.
That was really practical.
The WiFi is top-notch throughout the complex and was included in our price.
We also thought the food was great. The salads in particular seemed very fresh and high quality. The staff were also very attentive and service-oriented for the size of the hotel.
The pool area is nice. However, deck chairs are rare. In addition, an additional parasol could not be arranged, which of course leads to problems with a small child.
The room was great. Sure, there was a bit of mold on the joints here and there, but that is almost unavoidable in this area with this standard. Mosquitoes are very active in the area. Therefore, it is advisable to only open the windows/doors for a short time. There were a lot of smashed mosquitoes on the walls. These should actually have been removed by the staff beforehand.
The spa was good. The sauna was quite small but adequate for the crowds.
Overall, we can recommend a stay as there was little reason for criticism

Pension well placed 10m from the beach. Very nice spa sauna.
But in the evening... I came to rest: in the evening 20.30h just that 11pm the music extremely loud under your balcony (,I booked 15 days Never take the room poolside if you want to rest, read ,or just talk in your room in the evening. Inn has a beautiful performance hall that is never used. Meal well, clean rooms. Pension is visited every day by the holidaymakers of the surrounding apartments who are not Pension, who enjoys all , they occupy deckchairs , use the pool, table tennis gym etc.. if you want a deckchairs closer to the sea put your towel early morning mdr Because outsiders are faster, mdr. This is the first time in the 4* Pension we've seen this. And more importantly for me entered the unsecured beach so beach vendors enter to sell you various products, massage etc... Ps: at noon 1 time we ate shrimp salad at the snack and were sick. I figured that out later for what reason. Cold chain not respect between kitchen and snack. I put you the trolley photo bring back at 11am to snack is lesser in the sun 35min next to garbage cans

I would have given this hotel easily a very good because it really was on most accounts.
The location was perfect white sandy beach and beautiful clear turquoise blue waters… Eat your heart out Maldives!
I stayed here with my daughter and her one year old daughter; my granddaughter. We arrived Monday afternoon we were given our room key and three beach towels we were told we would be able to get fresh beach towels on Wednesday! I thought this was really strange as everywhere else I have stayed, beach towels have been changed daily. Our room was clean I was surprised not to see tea and coffee making facilities which would have been nice as my granddaughter was in bed most evenings for 7:30 pm.
When Wednesday came around I went back to reception after our morning walk and early lunch, it was 1pm. The lady on reception pointed to a card and said you cannot get towels until 3 pm you need to go to the spa it is shut at the minute. I explained that we had a one year old with us and we had had our towels since Monday afternoon they were full of sand and were desperate to be changed. I asked if there were any towels behind reception as we’f been given them from there on the Monday. She simply said “No! No no towels you have to wait until 3 pm her attitude was awful she was so rude I couldn’t believe it! I asked if there was a manager available to speak to. At this point she stamps her feet and went matching into the back and brought out ONE clean towel only one! She said “I make exception for the baby, but you two will have to keep dirty towels until 3 o’clock when spa opens”
It was the older lady on reception unfortunately I did not see her name she kept saying she could not understand English very well but I am sure she understood she just did not want to help me at all. It was such a shame that we had experienced this really cold rude and disrespectful attitude because Otherwise it was nice and relaxing little holiday. In summary… if you do stay here please take your own beach towels to avoid this situation happening to you.

I liked everything. We stayed in an apartment with a small kitchen, living room and terrace. Sort distance to the beach, clean sand, opportunity to rent funny umbrellas made of palm trees and a sun bed. The hotel has its own free sun loungers. Sea towels are provided in the spa area and can be changed once a week. The hotel has two swimming pools outside and one inside. The spa consists of two saunas and a swimming pool with different types of jacuzzi. Every evening we were entertained with small musical shows with live music and the opportunity to dance. There was a special program for children. The food at the hotel is of excellent quality and variety. Unobtrusive room service every day.

The hotel is not too big, around 220 rooms. We had a suite with sea and pool view, No. 502, sensational view, nice and quiet at night, just the sound of the sea. Rooms very well renovated. Food great, very fresh, varied and gluten-free, no problem. The head chef Jonathan went through the buffet with me every day. Requests for gluten-free bread, pizza and pasta were no problem, also possible at the pool bar at lunchtime. Gluten-free dessert was brought to my table - fantastic taste. Also ideal for children, large pool with a children's section, playground, discreet children's entertainment, direct beach location, sandy beach with a gentle slope. Fitness room, massages, table tennis table, indoor pool Staff very well trained, polite, friendly, quick and always with a smile on their faces. Lots of cyclists, no problem, we were there for the third time and will be back!

Apart from the fact that Mallorca has become an amusement park for Germans and English and everything is designed for and by them, the hotel has quite a few shortcomings to be a 4-star hotel. - meals at both the buffet and the snack bar of medium to low quality. Repetitive, bland and I have even seen fish that have been removed from the menus in schools in Andalusia due to contamination and low quality (like pangasius for example) - schedules for foreigners, if you do not arrive before 8:30 for dinner you will find empty trays and no plates - The mini club does not exist, on Soccer day they limited themselves to lending a ball to the children at 3 in the afternoon and there was not even a monitor - the performances in English, directly (I thought we were in Spain but it seems not) - on the last day at 9 (although departure is at 12) they were already asking us when we were leaving and they had taken away our assigned table at the breakfast buffet They have honestly left a bad taste in our mouths. The best thing they have is the location and waiters and receptionists who serve you with the greatest joy they can. I do not recommend it.

We were 4 boys on a cycling holiday. 3 different room categories. The apartment was good, the rooms small, little view and the AC did not work in any of our rooms, even if the fan was running and the temperature was set to 18 degrees, it was 24 degrees in the room in the morning. Large selection both in the morning and in the evening buffet. Quite alright quality, but no luxury dinner. The hotel is located right by the beach and there are a number of restaurants within a short walking distance. Hürzeler-Partnerhotell, right around the corner is its own bicycle cellar and rental of good bicycles in the upper price segment.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of March 2024, which was very early on in the season and the resort was very quiet with many places closed. The hotel is in a prime location for beach lovers, with a fantastic beach, clear waters and a lovely pier. I think there are more beach bars open in high season, but these were not open at the time. The staff at the hotel are extremely welcoming and helpful, and the hotel is comfortable, with a very good breakfast buffet. Grounds could have benefitted from a little maintenance and clean. We were upgraded to a suite from a standard room, which was lovely & spacious, no tea making facilities but we asked for a kettle and teas, coffees at reception and they quickly provided which was great! The double bed was 2 singles pushed together which was a shame, as we prefer a double. There was a poolside/beach bar open during our stay which provided drinks and light snacks, which was good. Overall a very nice hotel in a prime location for beach lovers, a little tired in parts but not overly. It did not affect our stay. I did not use the spa during our stay but it looked very nice. Playa de Muro is a beautiful beach location with Alcudia Old Town a short trip which is also beautiful. Boat trips run daily off the little pier which is perfect for exploring the East coast.
