We stayed for only 3 nights as a base to celebrate my birthday. Even prior to arriving Jackie was helpful in providing us with a list of suggested places to dine for the special event. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely cream tea and the hospitality continued throughout our stay. We were in the Forget-me-not room which had...

Three night stay chosen for proximity to Exmoor. Very welcoming hosts, great breakfasts and a beautiful location. Stayed in a barn conversion which was en suite. Good additional facilities such as wi fi and use of a lounge in the main house. Would stay again

The welcome is sincere, the site peaceful and idyllic, the accommodation homely and comfortable, the building vibrant with history, the farm animals charming, the breakfast copious and extensive in choice and indeed nothing has been overlooked. Our three night break at Huxtable farm in March could not be marred by the inclement weather and we will keep a fond souvenir...

The tranquillity and character of the farm and the accommodation are outstanding - but even more so is the quality of the welcome! Arriving on a cold, dark December night it was so good to be greeted as I got out of the car by the friendly offer of help with my luggage closely followed by a delicious scone with...

Stayed in 'Swallow' which is well equipped with all you need and more. Very good set of drawers and large wardrobe for clothes particularly, something you don't always find in conversions of old farm buildings. Spotlessly clean. Ample toiletries. Won't repeat the eulogies about the breakfasts, let's just say I put on too much weight!! Good range of options to...

We've just returned as a couple from a four day break. We would happily return with the children as they are catered for as well. This is my first time in B and B and I wasn't disappointed. Far from it..... Jackie and Anthony have created an oasis of peace and relaxation. Where nothing was too much trouble. The rooms...

We stayed here for three nights for the somersault festival and had a great time. Jackie and Anthony were brilliant hosts, nothing was too much trouble. We were even given lifts to the festival site for a small charge. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice and all either homemade (jams and bread) or locally sourced (sausages and bacon)....
