We have now shared your appreciation of service from staff Mirlan, Belle, RJ, Arthur, Esor and Davide who’s service made you level their ‘beautiful service as *5’. The good news is we are scheduled to close the Hotel for a period, more or less 06 months, nearly 2 &1/2 year operation to build additional 30+ Over-water Villas. This expansion project includes the redesigning of the Gym, Main Bar and Main Restaurant and other necessary changes to Hotel facilities. We are confident that these changes will add more value to customer satisfaction and service. We are very multicultural Hotel and at any given time we have more or less 20 Nationalities holidaying in our Hotel and it is shown that Italians are a periodical influx at times. Your experience ‘all in all a very good value for money’ and ‘this is a great option’ will surely give lots of confidence to others to book their stay with us when they visit next time to the Maldives. As a Hotel, the success we enjoy today is very much accredited to our cherished customers who have visited us within the last 2 ½ years and it is a privilege to hear your experience with us - having to visit Maldives frequently - and the comparison of our Hotel with other properties you visited in the Maldives. We assure you we will look diligently into your concerns and the good news is we already have plans to close our operation in April 2019 for additional, more or less, 30+ Over-Water Villas and during this development period the Bar and the Gym area will be redesigned completely, along with others changes within the property. In addition, we assure you that we have a kettle in all our rooms and also studied the room make-up process, so during the twice room make-up periods our Head of Operation can follow up and monitor the services are accomplished accordingly. Your satisfaction of Hotel, ‘the bathrooms are 5* - spacious and well appointed’, ‘the island is beautiful with beaches wider than many other islands’ and the appreciation of service from staff, ‘the staff are very pleasant and go out of their way to provide great service’ has surely made us not only happy but we assure you we will continue to extend a similar and a more profound service to all our customers. Our guests visiting the Hotel are multicultural and at any given time we have more or less 20 different Nationalities staying in our Hotel and at times we have more Italian Groups staying in our Hotel and during these periods they engage in their group activities. Dear Barbecue, It is a joy to hear from you just a few days after you said goodbye to us. We are excited to hear the pleasure you have derived from the Hotel facilities and the nature such as the beach, private sun-beds on the beach outside your room, barefoot walk on the sand within the Restaurant and Main Bar area and plenty of colored fish in the sea and gave assurance you had an enjoyable holiday with us. We continue to enroll the service staff such as waiters and room boys in our in-house training programs and these programs include the feedback we receive from customers and the customer comments we are receiving shows it is benefiting our service. Out food team is happy to hear ‘food at the Restaurant is good’ and we continue to revive the buffet and bring changes according to customer reviews and feedback. Dear UrszulaRussek, It is a pleasure to hear from you, It has given us lots of joy to hear you had a wonderful stay with us and at the end of your stay it made us a little bit sad because you have taken away our baby girl but we are more happy to hear ‘we will be back’. Your appreciation of taking care of your baby girl made us watch some of the photos we have taken with her in the Restaurant, where we were showing her the Christmas decorations and the lights and we think she is happy to be here. All our staff, especially the Kitchen and Spa staff is pleased to hear ‘food to die for (whoever makes cakes must know that I am leaving very upset to leave your cakes and sweets behind! They are so delicious!), amazingly professional and friendly staff in the restaurant, spa and in general everywhere. It is a pleasure to know that you have appreciated the nature and its beauty - turquoise clean water, what sand and palm trees - and the concept of ‘loveliest bathroom I have ever seen’. You have without a doubt made our staff happy as we read, ‘the villa was very up to date, clean and beautiful’, and ‘the staff is overall amazing and doing a great job, a big thanks to you all! (especially Bell from the restaurant and Hazan!) We would like to highlight one person that made our stay top notch - Luci, who is really Hands on. What a professional lady, she made us feel so welcome and always caring for her guests’. Dear Tilen, Our Main Restaurant Buffer is very much European and these items are available during meal hours. In the Restaurant we have plenty of vegetarian food and if you intend to try our A la carte menu you can enjoy a bit more variety with reasonable price. Thanks - GM-Moddy
