Such a friendly place for traveler with dogs. Lovely big enclosed garden, lovely pool. The hotel is not your brand new hotel but it is clean, the rooms are big, the bed is comfortable, the AC is working and it is walking distance from restaurants. So for 500 pesos, you cannot do better. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend... More

Clean, large rooms with air conditioning and fan; close to Chichen Itza (1,5 - 2 km); lots of parking just in front of the hotel. No warm water, poor matresses, VERY loud AC, no safe. Don't expect too much service...

We stayed here two nights while we were visiting Chichen Itza as it is only a 15 minute walk away. It may be a bit old fashioned but it's a faded gem, the staff were helpful and the cats and dogs were friendly. The rooms were spacious and the pool area was nice. Perfect place to relax after a hectic... More

We booked this hotel exclusively to get tickets for Chichen-Itza at night, even though it wasn't our first choice. We wrote them on purpose asking for these tickets, and we were told that we just needed to check in and get them. Well, we got there and were told that they didn't have them any more, which was really annoying... More

This hotel is dated and has cats and dogs in the hotel grounds. The rooms are spacious and have hot water and enough pressure for a decent shower. The pool is amazing and great for a swim after a hot day in the sun. Only 15 mins walk to chichen itza or get a cheap taxi.

Apparently you want to go to chitchen Itza...if you have seen e.g. Palenque ruins don't go! This looks more like a big American touristic attraction. But still if you are going, stay in the Piramide inn! If you have read the other reviews, yes it is true. It is a enormous, bit dated, empty hotel with at least 6 cats... More

We always stay here when we visit the ruins. Clean rooms, friendly staff, large garden area, great pool and the price is really reasonable. The rooms all have double beds, air conditioning and we always ask for one facing the pool and the garden so there is very little road noise. The pool is huge and you can sit and... More

Staying in Piste is a great idea if you want to catch the beauty of Chichen Itza before all the big tour busses get there at 10am. It is a 20 minute walk from Piramide Inn and you can get there at 8am for the opening, we were amongst only a dozen other people there for the opening and had... More

Piramide Inn, Piste (Chichen Itza) is where I stayed for two nights. It was listed as a hotel and camping spot, with camping starting at M$50. But when I got there they charged me M$150 because I have a car. As it turns out if you are a backpacker and want to pitch a tent or hang a hammock it... More

I put my tent during 3 nights in the garden of this hotel for 50 pesos a night. Toilet and shower clean but cold. One can use the very clean toilet near the reception. The owner, American old lady, extremely kind, gave me two blankets as it was a bit cold. Excellent place for someone camping as it's possible to... More
