The hotel is really close to chichen itza, it has free on site car parking, restaurants and a swimming pool. We arrived late to see the ruins and decided to stay the night and see Chichen Itza early in the morning. We got a deal at reception and our room was great. Large size 2 double beds and a bathroom....

A comfortable hotel in the town about 1 km. from the ruins. Not overloaded with character but the staff were polite and obliging. There was a large party there on the night I was staying and I feared there would be lots of noise, but all was quiet well before 11 a.m. I followed the recommended advice and visited the...

Fair price for this hotel which is a short walk away from Chichen Itza site. Ideal for waking up early to beat the morning rush. If walking 15 mins is not your cup of tea, try taking a taxi for ~40 pesos (~$2 USD). I chose to stay in Piste because I didn't want to do the day trip from...

Hotel is located in Piste on the main road. Piste itself is not the most attractive of towns. At the rear of the hotel is pleasant garden area with a welcoming and clean pool. We arrived a bit early and found our room not quite ready however were able to sit, have a drink and a swim while it was...

Very nice facilities, restaurant served delicious meals. Room was neat and clean. But the staff is what really impressed us. Very helpful, polite and friendly. Would have given it a 5 star rating if not for the town which is a little shabby. If you are coming in for Chichen, take the staff's advice and arrive in the afternoon, relax...

Situated on a fairly busy road, we had a garden room and were unable to hear any noise. The pool was fresh - not cold, but not warm either! The hotel was not busy, so the staff were highly attentive, especially at breakfast. The rooms were adequate and the air conditioning was super efficient - we woke up in the...

A basic establishment in a scruffy one horse town. Fair size room with comfortable beds. Bathroom does what it should but could do with a makeover. Aircon very noisy and either on or off. No louvres to spread the direction. Also noise from generator(?) somewhere in or adjacent to hotel. Breakfast, served by helpful hombres, includes eggs and pancakes cooked...

After staying at a wonderful out of the way small hotel about 60 miles south of Cancun we ventured to Chichen Itza for sight-seeing and exploration. We did our homework and thought we found a good spot for the night at Hotel Chichen Itza, what a disappointment, cold showers, no hot water, the bed was probably harder than the floor....

What a delight, a bit old fashioned, with a bit of Mexican charm and style. Nice spacious rooms with a veranda out to the pool and gardens. Good air-conditioning and old fashioned bathroom with a big bath tub and lots of hot water... There was a nice restaurant with friendly staff, and out the front an open air bistro/BBQ where...

We stayed here just one night as it was quite handy for being early in Chichen Itzà. The hotel is very cozy and well kept. The room was big and beds confortable. The swimming pool was enjoyable altough water was a bit cold. Breakfast was not included in our rate but we had it anyway in the hotel restaurant and...
