This is out if town. So, if you want to eat elsewhere you need transport. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was pretty good. The rooms however were noisy and tired. They had a dog that wandered around and started scratching at our door at 0530 in the morning. They had wifi, but it...

We stayed one night before we moved to another hotel. The hotel is old, they have not started the hot water until we told them we plan to leave the hotel. No screens not glass on windows, basically the room was full of bugs. Sheets were dirty. restaurant was filthy. The night manager was rude.

The house is a typical old style hacienda. This is what we were looking for, The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was terrific, the food was excellent, We mostly had breakfast. It was relaxing and everything we expected. They had wine available

The staff was super friendly and helpful our entire stay. The manager was a superwoman! She checked us in, served us food in the restaurant, and helped us out with our excursion reservations...all with a smile. The hotel was overpriced for the amenities or lack of. Every time we wanted to shower we were forced to notify the front desk...

It's such a lovely place - really loved the design/style. And the views are amazing. I was worried it might be a bit of a drag to get to from San Gil but, frankly, you don't want to stay in the centre of San Gil - it's so busy, crowded and noisy. Here I felt really comfortable, had access to...
