Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The towels provided are like wiping yourself with cardboard, and are definitely C grade. Good towels are a basic requirement.
Could not open the sliding balcony door, wheels have collapsed.
Staff good, room adequate.

The rooms are huge! with a full kitchenette, countertops, cupboards and breakfast bar - the bathroom is luxurious and massive , soft beds, comfy couch and a private balcony .

The price is nearly too cheap
The staff are great and the housekeeping ladies are phenomenal.

The only issue I have to complain about is, it's always fully booked !

From the moment we walked into reception we felt welcomed. The staff was very friendly asking about our travels. The room was clean & well equipped. The bed was firm but we had a good night sleep. You can get meals at the hotel or from one of the close food outlets within walking distance

Went for a family lunch. Meals were good, came out quickly. Our server Brandon was a real asset, he had good knowledge of menu and made our experience. A good selection of dishes on menu including vegan. Ordering via App which made it easy & quick. Will be back again.

We made a phone booking for 3 nights with this hotel's townhouse for our family 3 weeks before we were due to travel interstate for a wedding. 2 days before we flew out they rang us to say they had double booked our townhouse for the third night of our stay and told us we would have to move our 4 person family to two separate rooms for the last night.
They said that a 'Wotif' booking took priority over our phone booking because the got the money up front from Wotif. I had to speak to 4 or 5 different staff and most of them had no idea about who had done what previously and couldn't make a decision to save themselves.
We cancelled the 3 day booking and gave our money to a motel down the road. This mob just tried to have their cake and eat it too. Our early reservation meant nothing to them and their last minute bumping caused our family a lot of stress we didn't need in addition to getting across the country for a wedding.

Do not stay at this motel especially if u have children. We arrived to walk into a room that smelt like smoke, chairs all torn, beds uncomfortable and bathroom- well let's say I would not take my thongs off!! There was mould all through the bathroom from top to bottom. If we didn't have our 2 small children with us and arrive late we would have went somewhere else for sure.

We had booked one night a week in advance for two downstairs rooms. On arrival we found that only one had been booked! That was just the start of the shambles................. We were told that we could have one downstairs room and the "family" suite for the same price, which was agreed. Upon paying, and taking the keys, the downstairs rooms was opened. The armchairs were torn and peeling, the headboard was torn, the bedspread greasy and the place absolute;y reeked of stale cigarette smoke. We would not have even let a dog sleep in there for what it might catch! The family room was better, but there was no way we could have stayed in this place. Tiles on the path around the units were cracked and broken , and we were only grateful we did not trip over them in our rush to get away!! In our wish to help other travellers - STAY AWAY!!

3 of us met up for lunch here and we were so happy with the meals and service and prices
The restaurant is a bit dark inside could do with a bright repaint but the good meals are well worth a visit
We had steak sandwiches and rump steak. We received perfectly cooked meat medium rare on all 3 dishes. The steak sandwiches are delicious big ciabatta rolls and are huge with lots of salad and light crunchy perfect chips. The rump was also tender and came with chips and salad.
We also had banana fritters which were crunchy and delicious too
Could not fault any of the meals they were all great.
The young lady taking orders at the counter and serving the meals today also deserves a special mention. She is very efficient and friendly and extremely helpful.
I have eaten here a couple of times before as well and have enjoyed all the meals each time
I can highly recommend this Hotel and the menu is extremely well priced
