Some greats, some disappointments. Bathroom walls, toilet and basin, and area where kettle was, were all dirty. Wall above basin has something that looks like blood splatters on it, they clean off with a cloth, so the cleaning ladies obviously dont clean very well. The beds however were so comfy, good firm decent pillows which is unusually nice, and overall nicely laid out. We though the check in lady/manager was very kind and helpful. We appreciated the fridge and tea/coffee area. Lots of room in the room, not very noisy, overall acceptable and would stay again.

I admit that I was expecting a "run of the mill" three star motel. What we got was so much more. The room was really well appointed, spotlessly clean, and the spa bath had bath salts to go in it. There was no road noise, receptionist was lovely, undercover parking, the list goes on. A really pleasant surprise.

Absolutely no respect should always knock before entering someone’s room the older man just walked on into our room at 9am. The lady at reception was definitely far from friendly we will never stay here again. It was a bed & that’s as far as it goes. 4 out of 10

This room had everything we needed for a really comfortable 3 night stay. It was a a great size, very clean and everything functioned well. And that spa bath was the best after a long day walking around. The complex is really quiet. The location is perfect with local shops only a short distance away. The staff were lovely. Definitely recommend. I was pleasantly surprised.

We have stayed here a number of times and always had a hassle free and very pleasant time. The last time we booked on line and when we arrive we were immediately handed our receipt and keys and 30 seconds later on our way to our room. Staff are always friendly and the room very clean and comfortable and everything works. Just want you want - a hassle free stay.

We needed somewhere to stay on a long drive to Central Queensland. This motel was convenient, as it was roughly half way to our destination. It also was close to the M1 Motorway. It is clean, quiet, and reasonably close to a shopping centre. Overall an excellent place to stay north of Brisbane.

We had the pleasure of staying at this amazing motel for a week and fully recommend this motel. The host's and staff are always polite and friendly and the motel is in great condition and clean with staff working daily. The rooms are well appointed with all that is required for a comfortable stay. Shower works a treat with plenty of pressure are hot water. The bed is comfortable and aircon keeping the temp to a great level. Anothe bonus is the laundry available for guest's use

I specifically asked my company to book me here for a business trip because of the raving reviews. I was disappointed in how Leanne does business. I had a booking, had to cancel due to weather event and I made a courtesy call within the 24 cancellation timeframe to let her know I wasn’t coming. My company rebooked and she said there was a double booking. Company says they formally canceled. She still charged my employer even after she said on the phone she wouldn’t because it was due to a weather event. Can’t say what my employer will do but I won’t be back. My next trip to Caboolture I’ll make sure I’m not booked here. Not the sort of people I like to do business with.

Very close and handy to shops. Easy to find the motel. The room was very clean and tidy. Barely any traffic noise, Plenty of parking space and easy to check in. Great to unwind and rest after a day of driving.
