Detailed Reviews
Stayed here 8 June arriving without a booking to friendly reception and quick access to the room. Only stayed 1 night as a stopover driving home to Melbourne. Parking directly outside room undercover made access very convenient. Room was large (comfortable king size bed & pillows) with an updated ensuite and huge walk in shower.
As it was late I ordered in - seafood basket for $10 consisted of 1 piece of fish, 3 prawn cutlets, 2 calamari, 4 crab bites and chips, and a $2 can of coke. Excellent value and very tasty too, with only a shot wait for deliver to the door.
Would definietly stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this amazing motel for a week and fully recommend this motel.
The host's and staff are always polite and friendly and the motel is in great condition and clean with staff working daily.
The rooms are well appointed with all that is required for a comfortable stay. Shower works a treat with plenty of pressure are hot water. The bed is comfortable and aircon keeping the temp to a great level.
Anothe bonus is the laundry available for guest's use

I specifically asked my company to book me here for a business trip because of the raving reviews. I was disappointed in how Leanne does business. I had a booking, had to cancel due to weather event and I made a courtesy call within the 24 cancellation timeframe to let her know I wasn’t coming. My company rebooked and she said there was a double booking. Company says they formally canceled. She still charged my employer even after she said on the phone she wouldn’t because it was due to a weather event. Can’t say what my employer will do but I won’t be back. My next trip to Caboolture I’ll make sure I’m not booked here. Not the sort of people I like to do business with.

Room was lovely and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Even though it is on the main road we could not hear any traffic noise in our room. We stay at this motel every time we visit Caboolture. Perfect location as close to shops as well.

We had to book to stay some from Auckland airport when we got an emergency call about a sick family member. The town and area was booked out due to a concert at Bribie. These people went out of their way to fit us in and we were able to breathe and not stress about finding somewhere to stay close to the hospital. We had a great stay at a great place and the time here was perfect. Thankyou very much. Even now writing this after nearly a year i can remeber everything you did for us, so THANKYOU.

Absolutely no respect should always knock before entering someone’s room the older man just walked on into our room at 9am. The lady at reception was definitely far from friendly we will never stay here again. It was a bed & that’s as far as it goes. 4 out of 10

Will definitely stay again. Manager was very accommodating. We were there to pick up a pantec truck and was planning to park in a side street but manager allowed us to park on the property in full view of sercurity cameras. Well done. Apparently the Apple pie is to die for.

We stayed at the Best Western in Caboolture for the Red Hot Summer Tour at Sandstone Point Hotel. Upon arrival we were offered a complimentary beverage, and Leah drove us to the nearby Railway Hotel for free to catch a bus to the concert. She even offered to collect us after, although it would be 10pm. We didn't take her up on the offer, felt bad, but it was great to be cared for like that!! It was great customer service!

Pleasant room with very comfortable bed. Dinner was good both nights. We had bangers and mash, steak and chicken snitzels. Breakfast was good. Too large for us so we shared. Poached eggs cooked to perfection. Room had a spa but we were too tired to to use it.
