Detailed Reviews
Management were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and location was great. If we were staying in Caboolture again we would stay here again. Our son enjoyed the pool area with daily swims. We loved that the rooms were made up daily and appreciated this throughout our week-long stay.

Great motel with friendly and helpful staff. With only a few hours' notice and at the height of the holiday season, the motel was able to accommodate my reservation and extension of my stay with some behind the scene juggling. Highly recommend.

What a great Motel, handy to Caboolture CBD & Morayfield. Very comfortable room, quiet, clean and tidy. Great staff. Owner Zoe is very friendly and helpful from the booking in process to checking out and thank you Zoe for recommending the Bamboo Bar Thai Restuarant in Michael Street, sensational food. Can highly recommend this Motel.

The room was comfortable yet the noise from the traffic made it difficult to sleep. We couldn’t get the hot water to anything above lukewarm. The rooms aren’t serviced on a Sunday so make sure you have stocked up on toilet paper and coffee and we were charged extra for that day. We weren’t told that there would be an extra charge if we used a credit card, if we had known we would have paid cash. We tried to sort these issues out on checkout but were told we would be contacted, were still waiting.

This motel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The rooms were comfortably furnished with a nice view of the park. We arrived very late fro WA due to flight cancellations and the staff were so helpful in leaving the key and directions in a lockbox for us. Couldnt ask for better service or a more delightful surroundings after an exhausting day of travelling.

We had a family room which was quite large with a double and two single beds. There were a four-seat dining table and chairs, fridge, microwave, and dishes. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well.
Our room was on the second level and so required some stairs climbing to reach. It was not a problem for us, but it might be for others. The room also was next to the highway, which had a fair bit of traffic noise in the afternoons and early evenings. We were surprised that it had no impact on our sleeping.
The one problem for us was finding the place. If you exit the M1, you enter the town on King Street. It intersects with Morayfield Road. Unfortunately, we could see no road sign to indicate the name. So, when you arrive at a very small park filled with trees, you must make a left as this is Morayfield. Just down the hill and up the other side., the motel is on the right. The only problem is that we missed it the first time around. It was easy to find driving back into town. The other aspect is that you cannot turn right immediately onto Parkland but must use Church Street and do a U-turn.
The motel is not far from a Woolworths shopping centre. The Indian Brothers restaurant seemed very popular.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation. Super friendly staff and spotless room.
We will definitely be staying here again.
The pool was clean. Ample parking. This was our second time staying here and it has only got better. The owners and staff could not be friendlier and helpful.

First time visiting Caboolture for medical reasons. On phone booking it was noted we had never stayed before so layout of complex wasn't known & I requested a ground floor unit, no stairs. On arrival at reception, greeted half heartedly by manager, when asked how far the private hospital was he responded, "I don't know, not been here long". No offer of map & no further conversation from him besides sign the covid register. With only 40 minutes to get bags to room & make our 4.30 appointment, we headed to find our room, down 2 LEVELS of STAIRS & right beside a busy 4 lane road. we placed bags in room & left. Noting on return at 9pm there were only 4 or 5 cars in the whole complex. Plenty of other rooms obviously vacant further away from the highway & on ground level.
Room 212 is VERY noisy at night. Room was very clean & bed comfortable although due to noise little sleep was had before our 4 & half hour journey home the next day. Kitchenette well stocked with utensils & glassware, toaster & small microwave.

My apologies if I came across half hearted. It appears that we had a disconnect in the room required. From memory you requested a lower level family room which was supplied. It appears that you wanted a car park level room. Vacant rooms were not family room, with all family rooms being in the block you were placed. In regard to not knowing where the hospital was I believe you indicated you would google it which is what I would have done, apologies if I didn't provide enough assistance. I hope we can meet your expectations next visit. Thanks David

This was the second time we checked - in in this Motel. It is conviniently located, off the Bruce Highway north of Brisbane, QLD.. Very convinient, if you intend hobby flying at Caboolture Airport, which was why I was at Caboolture. One could visit Bribie Island beach
The rooms are OK, there is plenty Parking space, a small swimming pool for kids and a wonderful Centenary Lakes Park nearby There is enough place within the Motel compound by the River side which is also very nice.. Shopping centers are closeby for meals. The Motel provides BreakFast if ordered.
We need to get drinking water from reception for night, before retiring. Thats because tap water is not potable , and reception will close for the night.
People managing the Motel are very good natured and ready to help.

My partner and I stayed for two nights and it was great to stay in a motel that was clean and the owners were very hospitable. The shower was the best being very hot and strong. The breakfast was reasonably priced and there was plenty to eat. The beds were not that comfy but we still had a good sleep.
