Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My partner and I recently stayed at Rosella Cottage on Log Cabin Camp. The large lawns and flower gardens are beautifully maintained by the caretakers Dave and Margie. It is a perfect spot for anyone who wants a relaxing break close to nature. It’s very peaceful. It’s a short walk from Natural Bridge. Dave and Margie are always kind, helpful and accommodating. There is a choice of accommodation at Log Cabin Camp, from bunk rooms for kids to a lovely cottage for parents. We love Rosella Cottage. It’s always a delight to holiday here. A real treat for a very reasonable price.

Log Cabin Camp was a really good quality school campsite. It had the best food I have ever had on Camp. We went with a school group. The kids loved the gaga pit and the many activities and facilities on the grounds such as the basketball ball and the volley ball court. It was close enough to Sovereign Hill for our day trip there.
The staff were amazing, and receptive to any request. The rooms were clean and easy to monitor for staff. All the children loved rambling on the hills, and around the dams, petting the miniature horses.
The sunrise was amazing. Highly recommended.

No matter if you want to bunk it in the bunkhouse or have a little comfort in the self-contained units, take the time to wind down and stay at 'The Log Cabin Camp'. It offers tranquillity in a setting on the edge of an ancient rainforest, where you can absorb the beauty of nature - listen to the sounds, smell the earth, touch and feel the heartbeat of this little piece of wilderness. Hosts, David & Margaret are as friendly as the wildlife.....
