The man on spa reception was polite and very helpful. The spa itself is quite small and basic but it does the job. The spa was quite busy so it was difficult to use sauna/steam room/hot tub and there were a lot of kids in the pool. The showers in the pool area only seem to do scolding hot or...

Great place to stay. Helpful friendly staff. Even if you don't stay it's worth a visit to the restaurant to see the pottery kiln. If arriving in Bristol by bus catch a cab to the hotel....it's a long walk with luggage.

Overall I had a good stay here. All the staff were very friendly and we had a nice relaxing stay whilst visiting family. The couple of things that let the stay down were the food in the lounge bar was not great, I had the half roast chicken which was fine. Ordered a side of peri peri which when it...

I booked afternoon tea at this hotel as I was able to use a 241 afternoon tea voucher. We were about 30mins late (booked for Saturday at 3pm) but on arrival we were greeted and seated promptly by friendly staff. The lounge area where we were sat was very peaceful and comfortable. I was pleased that it was only an...

First time I have stayed at a Double Tree by Hilton and I was really impressed. The rooms were modern, spotless, the beds really comfy with the best pillows I've ever found in a hotel (I'm very fussy about pillows!) and the bathrooms were pretty luxurious. The choice of tv channels was on a card which was useful and there...
