Myself and a tour member of Silverlights geological and botanical tours stayed here. It was beautifully clean, we had a great breakfast and we were looked after superbly. I would recommend this place as being very reasonable in price, great guest facilities with the miners' cottages, ensuite rooms and lodge. The meet and greet was brilliant with one of the...

We stayed in a tiny, pre-fab cottage that could barely fit the two of us and our two suitcases. It was indeed clean and sufficient for our needs but nothing more. I was very disappointed. There is a very small porch that you share with the adjacent cottage but it was too cold and rainy for us to use it.

Wedderburn cottages couldn't be better. They are well run, friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable accommodation, brilliant shower and the most spectacular view over the hills of Central Otago. Great pub over the road as well.

Stayed here for one night on the trail and highly recommend it. Really friendly host in Raewyn. Well appointed and clean and tidy cottage. We were to have a queen and single but had 3 singles but that didn't matter. The beds were very comfy. It was a chilly night so good to have some heating. Great breakfast too including...

We stayed at the Wedderburn Cottages on our second night on the Rail Trail. We loved the setting - cute little cottage with all modcons including a deck and magical views. Tavern with good food and great service was only a short walk down the road.

We stopped here on our third night of cycling the rail trail and the long 'gradual' climb into Wedderburn the day before made me very pleased to see our cute little cottage for the night. The views from out cottage were spectacular and the whole setup was great. The Red barn was full of info and even had an 'honesty'...

An excellent location in the beauty of surrounding farmland. . Clean tidy and fresh. Great bed or was that the effect of a long cycle? Hotel nearby was very inviting with excellent meals and service. So quiet and peaceful. Wonderful hosts.

Cold and wet off the rail trail we arrived at Wedderburn Cottages to be welcomed with a beautiful, comfortable and cosy warm cottage were we could get dry and relax. Rooms were super comfortable and breakfast was plentiful and a good start to the day. The set up at the Red Barn was clever and allowed for an ice cream...
