This is a lovely little hotel in the heart of the quaint town of Castlerea. I remember this hotel from years ago coming down to Roscommon and I have to say that it has not changed (thankfully) and still has the warmth and friendliness that I associate with all that is good about being Irish. The room that I stayed...

Ate here recently at a family occasion , staff friendly, as few as there were.. This gathering was booked weeks if not months prior, and the menu showed lack of imagination ... there was no Choice of starters only vegetable soup.. there was roughly 18/20 of us at the table ..and the plating up was so slow that by the...

We were married last Saturday in Castlerea, and we stayed at Tullys Hotel for 3 nights. Fantastic hotel, extremely clean and beautifully decorated, very warm welcome, but the best of all has been the staff. Beginning with the owner, Mr Paul Tullys, such a great and warm person, who organised our wedding in a few days, taking such a good...

My family recently stayed at Tully's hotel while visiting for a family occasion. I can honestly say that we could not fault the excellent service we received while we were there. The owner Paul Tully was extremely helpful and very nice. His son Mark is an absolute gem. Friendly and helpful and a perfect gentleman. All the staff from the...

We were greeted with a warm smile and a welcome in Tullys Hotel. We came from Carlow to attend a performance of the Musical Society and although it was very busy we got checked in immediately. The rooms are small but clean and cosy. The service is second to none as we ordered food and it was very tasty and...

A really warm welcome at Tullys. Great hotel, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast. The staff could not do enough for us even making sandwiches late at night when we arrived back after the funeral of our uncle. I would definitely recommend Tullys if you are looking for a traditional well run hotel in Castlerea.

I booked on line and received both acknowledgement and confirmation but when I arrived there was no sign of this in their book. We were put in a musty room, with a television which didn't work, no light over the only possible mirror for make-up and worst of all, no hot water on the night we arrived nor the following...

The warm welcome, comfortable lodgings and hearty, scrumptious meals of Tully's Hotel, make for a very agreeable stay. The delicious Guinness and playful craic at the bar had us forget immediately the cold lashing rain outside on those November nights in Castlerea. The Midlands are home to an Ireland that is far from the touristy kitsch of Temple Bar. There...
