Baan Suwantawe is a great option for travelers on a budget or those looking for a spacious, clean, comfortable night in a well located hotel. We arrived in the evening for a one night stay after a flight from the US and a day trip out at sea. Baan Suwantawe's rooms are very spacious with convenient space to open bags....

Big room with balcony and mini kitchen. Excellent shower in bathroom. Tidy and well serviced but tops of things get missed for dust. Huge advantage having a swimming pool. Great location for the Old Town-we were here for 10 nights. There is some noise from Limelight, traffic and dogs in the park but we did sleep.

We stayed here for 2 nights as it was near Rassada Pier, and we wanted to go to the elephant sanctuary before catching the ferry to Krabi. The location of this hotel is great; you can walk to everything you would need (food, bars, shops etc). There is a mini-mall right across the street! The hotel staff are friendly, and...

My husband & I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, we accidentally booked a big room, which was really lovely. It was self contained except for laundry. It had two rooms, kitchen, dining, lounge & bedroom & ensuite. Across the road was a little shopping centre, supermarket & restaurants. Not far to walk to town. Staff very friendly &...

We only planned to used this hotel for an overnight stay prior to taking an early morning ferry. It was just what was required and PLUS! It was clean; friendly; relaxing and in a good location. We were impressed and will return another year for sure and spend more time at this pleasant and good value hotel.

As me and my wife are not real beach tigers we chose for this hotel which is located in the middle of old Phuket Town, right in the middle were all the restaurants are. The hotel is small but the rooms are big and even have a kitchenette and a decent refrigerator. The prices of the beverages are low. The...

This was our first time traveling to Asia and while researching, we struggled sorting out what was a cheap nice hotel, the range was overwhelming. We were looking for nice, but needed and overnight in between places. We flew in from (an expensive) hotel in Hong Kong at 2 am on our way to (another expensive) spot on Koh Yao...

Hotel's location is good. Walking distance of Phuket old town and lots of good restaurants are nearby. Opposite the hotel is Limelight Mall, where you could find a branch of the very popular massage outlet, Kim's Massage & Spa. On the days we were there, they have a night indie market right next to the Mall, with stalls selling interesting...

Loved this apartment hotel - excellent value for money, massive room, big balcony, and great outdoor pool (although not many sunbeds). Apartment-style so microwave in room if you're on a budget. Supermarket 2 mins walk and beautiful Phuket Old Town 5 mins walk. Tourist Info has free suggested walks map, and the food at the night market was amazing (taxi).
