A lovely little apartment hotel - big rooms, lovely swimming pool and helpful staff. There is no restaurant but not needed as can bring in food and have on balcony or by the pool. Pool great and lovely comfortable sunbeds - very near the centre of Phuket town which is really great and underrated - has great restaurants, nice bars...

We booked this last minute and we were very surprised at the value for money. The room was huge with a decent size balcony which overlooked the swimming pool. The swimming pool was lovely and pool towels were provided. Staff were friendly when checking in and out and provided a taxi service to the pier. A few things that let...

Stayed one night after flying into Phuket Airport before taking Ferry to Krabi. Very large room with everything you need, TV, Large Bed, kitchen area and good bathroom, AC, balcony looking overlooking pool. Didn't use the pool but was clean and had comfortable sun loungers. Reception very helpful. Took me about 40 minutes to get a cab from Airport to...

A fabulous hotel near Old Town, very large rooms with balcony (and chairs) overlooking the pool. Staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and bent over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. Easy walk to Old Town, and all about town. Convenience stores and mall across the street. Great concert across the street the first night of our stay. Nearby small park.

Arrived at 11pm after long delays in our travel - and were greeted by a friendly smile, easy check-in, and a beautiful room to spend the night. Large, modern room with comfortable king-sized bed, sizeable clean bathroom with large bath, and large balcony overlooking the pool. Awoke early to catch first boat to Koh Phi Phi - strangely the entire...

Not much to add to previous reviews - stayed several days in a large room with great aircon but hard bed, short walk to restaurants and bars in old town (& a cat café, if that's your sort of thing). Balcony had comfy chairs to relax in, and pool looked nice, although we did not take advantage of it as...

My Second visit to the guest house before catching ferry to islands. Such good value for this lovely little place in Phuket Old Town. Has an inviting pool, a small selection of restaurants, supermarket, bars nice and close. Lovely people who run the place.

The best thing of this place is location and its cheap. It is literally beside a mall so food and grocery is within an arms length. The whole place is clean and the expected services are delivered without fuss. The negatives make staying more than 1 night terrible though. The bed is rock hard, the TV channels are 90% in...

I had a very good experience in Baan Suwantawe. The rooms are very spacious with nice balcony. The hotel is conveniently located and nearby Indy Market ( Wed, Thu and Fri) was a godsend with lots of delicious food in very good prices. Probably the bets place for street food in Phuket. The pool was also very nice and big...

We stayed here for one night on our way to the Krabi area. It was very cheap so can't really fault it but probably wouldn't stay here again or if we were looking to an "experience". It was clean and did the job.
