Extremely comfortable beds and pillows best we’ve had in Thailand, amazing hospitality with staff going above expectations when my partner was sick at 3am they drove her all the way to the hospital and waited to take her home. We were very satisfied with our stay at Arco, a beautiful hotel with an exquisite design and all the necessary amenities. Its location is perfect for exploring the numerous attractions in Phuket town, being just steps away from the clock tower roundabout. The staff were excellent, particularly the Reception team, who were extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel and rooms are very nice but staff is not qualified at all.
At the check in we were asked for a deposit, which is ok, but they only accepted cash. We ask for towels for an outdoor activity and they asked for an additional deposit. This is unacceptable. The breakfast only has 4 options and it’s pricely.
The area is not nice. In order to find nice restaurants you need to walk to the old town. I don’t recommend it.

We chanced on Arco at the last minute and what a gem it turned out to be! Being so new, we did have a little trouble finding it on Grab but the Grab counter at the airport was immensely helpful. Arriving at the hotel, we were wowed by its beautiful lobby. When we checked into our King Room with Balcony, it was exactly as pictured and we were just blown away by all the aesthetics. Everything was on point, especially the gorgeous bathtub with a view.
All around the hotel, everywhere was so photogenic and IG-worthy. Pity we only stayed one night and couldn't enjoy the pool, it was so beautiful! Having said that, as it's not a big area, we can see the pool area getting competitive when the hotel gets busier.
All staff were beyond helpful, especially Jay. Arco is also at a perfect location within Phuket Old Town. We were able to walk to the Lard Yai Sunday Night Market and had a great time. Marriott was just diagonally across but we picked Arco for its aesthetics.
Arco has truly left an impression. Of course, everything looks perfect now because the hotel is spanking new. We hope Arco keeps up its maintenance and we would surely make a beeline for Arco the next time we are back in Phuket!

We were really pleased with our stay at Arco as it is a very nice hotel, exquisite design and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Phuket town as it is just around the corner from clock tower roundabout. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

I recently spent a month in Phuket and started my stay at the Arco Hotel, which is conveniently located near the Sunday Walking Street.
The Sunday Walking Street market was just around the corner from the hotel, and I’m so happy I booked this hotel on a Sunday, as it’s conveniently located near all the attractions in Phuket Town.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s beauty—the pool was absolutely stunning! Given the size of the island, you'll need several days to explore different areas. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. My only regret is not staying longer to fully enjoy the pool; it was truly on another level of perfection. I highly recommend staying here for at least three days to make the most of your experience!

The room design is absolutely beautiful, and the hotel's design details from the entrance, lobby, to the swimming pool are excellent. There is parking available. For a business hotel, it’s exceptionally well done. The rooms are new and very clean, and the staff provides outstanding service.

This brand new hotel is beautiful! The room was spacious and the big screen Smart TV was a bonus. Excellent location 5min walk to the heart of the old with lots of good food options close by. Lovely staff who were always very helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here!
