High positives for this little gem. Low cost, basic room and usually we would stay in a little higher priced place but it was fabulous for our 2 night stay in Phuket Old Town. We were there only to take the 5 island tour one day and go on the ferry to Phi Phi/Lanta the next and it handy for...

The conditions of the rooms were decent. Except that there was a bad smell coming from the floor - Our room was in the ground floor. Manager helped to quickly resolve the issue. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. We rented a scooter from the hotel and the rental was Ok.

Received a warm welcome from owner who is from Newcastle. Lovely free starter , set curry and biriani meals fantastic value at less than 200 rupees and food of excellent quality. Large portions. Lovely ambience in tiled courtyard. Well worth visiting as our best meal in Fort cochin.

So me and my wife we were planning to spend our new years in Phuket. We came across Baan sutra and read a lot of reviews. Still being a guest house both of us had inhibitions as to how crampy or clean the place will be.And whether the staff will be as polite as some have claimed. But we were...

Nice little guesthouse in the heart of Phuket old town. We found a room at a very cheap price and it was clean, had a tiny window with no view but air con worked fine. We have been hosted by very welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. They have shown outstanding customer service when needed (e.g. when we organised a last...

The hotel is very well located in Phuket town near lot of accommodations (restaurants and markets). The manager Pai is soooo lovely! He helped us in so many ways. The rooms and the hotel itself are very clean (you can literally eat on the floor lol). I highly recommend it!

Very friendly staff, really helpful for the first day. Location is good, very close to the bus station but the area has no nightlife so it is a bit boring. Room clean everyday, i would recommend that hotel.

Staff was super friendly; we only stayed for one night; while check-in we were told that a window was broken, all in all not a big deal, but the owner instantly decided not to charge for the night. If we visit Phuket again we would definetly come again.

We stayed overnight in this hotel in order to get the ferry to Koh Phi Phi early in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small but well appointed. It was at the back of the hotel and the window looked out onto a wall about 1 m away. The location was excellent right...
