The staff barely understood English and my Thai was very basic so that was a bit hard. The 7/11 is close enough, around a 5 minute walk. The pool was nice, and was clean. The lifts work fine and break free breakfast was okay. You only have 2 options. But nice and basic for an overnight stay.

Peacefull nice hotel with a nice swimming pool. Breakfast average. Very nice and friendly service. Parking for motorbikes or car. Short walking distance to nice restaurants, shops and bars. Have some rooms with swimmingpool access. Good hotel.

After having stayed at the “Baan Suwantawe“ the night before the “Mei Zhou” could only disappoint: the room smelled like a mixture of disinfectant an mothballs and appeared plain and uninspired. It even lacked enough electrical sockets. My balcony had a dull view and was exposed to the sun all day. The pool is rather small but has an area... More

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. We chose this because it is well located in town, and is quite reasonably priced. As mentioned by other reviewers, the lady at the reception counter is very pleasant and helpful. The room itself is spacious enough and has the basic amenities. However, the wifi signal disappears inside the room... More

Ok so we got a great deal. Location is great 10 min walk to down town. So we needed a room for one night just to sleep and get some rest. That is what we got. Here is my usual assesment. Room very clean Towels soft but past life expecrancy since they are ripped on edge. Lots of hot water... More

In a great area in Phuket town, only a short walk to some nice restaurants. The lady on reception was exceptional. She helped us on various occasions from finding places to booking things, always in a happy manner. She even told us about a brilliant Authentic local Thai restaurant just around the corner, which was delicious. The hotel pool is... More

We booked this hotel for one night only and arrived at lunch to enjoy the pool. The staff at the reception was very friendly and check in went smooth. We booked a room with direct pool access (the hotel only has 3 of these). The room it self was very nice. The decor and furniture seem new and classy. The... More

From the name of the hotel I was thinking it would be more catered to Chinese tourists but it wasn't the case. We were picked up from Phuket airport (around 650THB) and brought to the hotel very comfortably around 9pm at night. Check in was good and efficient. Staff barely spoke english but enough that google translate was of use.... More

The hotel is situated in Phuket town. It is not close to the beach, but it is close to the bus station and with a cheap taxi you can reach Patong and other nice beaches in 30/40 min. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and the staff is kind and supportive.

My friend and I only stayed in Phuket one night since we missed the ferry to Koh Phi Phi. Booked this hotel last minute. I will say this is a great little hotel. There were 2 women that worked the front desk. They were the sweetest and most helpful women!! They called our taxi to go into the city area,... More
