Detailed Reviews
We booked the hotel because we had an early flight. And the hotel is close to airport. The room is very modern with windows from floor to ceiling on the whole side of room. You then have a good view on the pool area. Offcourse all the other visitors can see you. We had some problems with coming into the room because the lock was not working well. They have free airport transport. The restaurant was not open. There is a seven eleven next door. The breakfast was very bad came to the room in a small plastic bag. No where to sit and eat and not really to eat.

The hotel is very nice. The service at the reception is just perfect; they will help you with everything 😊 the room is nice and clean; the pool is great. Breakfast is okay but could be better. The restaurant and bar are closed due to the Covid-19. It is difficult to find a restaurant or bar close by. The hotel is just 10 min walk away from the airport

First thing to mention is that taxi fares from the airport to the local area are very high. (About 250 baht for a 1-min drive. You can get an hour's massage for that!) Just leave from exit 1 of the international terminal and walk south across the tour bus parking and down the street that starts on the far side. When it hits a T junction, Maya.is directly in front of you. It's a 3-4 min walk. There no path for half of it, but traffic is slow and not busy.
Arriving early, about 10am, I was given the standard line that no rooms would be available until 2pm. I don't know why they insist on that when obviously many people check out early to catch flights. It appears they just like their rules, so it's easiest to go along with it. The pool was lovely and cool, so I decided to have a swim and then lie beside the pool until my room was ready. After an hour or so, the front desk agent came and told me it was ready. (Yes, that's well before 2pm.)
The rooms look nice, but some design features are odd. I had a nice view over the pool, but it's also a view into every room opposite. The bathroom facilities were all good, including proper soap, but there's no space to put anything down that's more than a couple of inches across! The air conditioning is loud, but it's a low hum that drowns out all other outside noises, so I didn't mind. Mine also leaked some water down the wall, which is worth being aware of if you put your bag on the luggage shelf directly under the air conditioning.
The design of the hotel itself is odd too. Lots of level changes all over the place, mostly ramped, so you get the feeling of walking up and down a lot. It's mostly wheelchair-accessible, except for the pool area which, dangerously, has an unmarked step at the far end.
I was a little concerned about breakfast from some reviews here, but it was mostly fine. The sausages were horrible, insipid ones that belong in a poor-quality hot dog and they had something called "chicken bacon" (how is that even a thing?), but the rest was pretty good: Fried eggs, potato, stir fried veggies and much more.

I got a great deal for one night between diving and flying. The staff were polite and friendly and the room was awesome! The HUGE bed was very comfy and the facilities all really good.
Room 1403's air con unit was quite loud, but I only noticed when it clicked into life, not when it was running. Maybe because everything else was so quiet.
Free bicycle hire is nice, and I took one to the beach... but the bikes really need a service.
Overall, I would be very happy to go back and stay there again!

Spent 2 days here.
Arrived into Phuket at 2200 then walked to Maya Hotel which is a short 5 or so minutes walk from international terminal (turn right as you walk into arrivals hall and continue to where hotel/tour buses, walk pass buses to get to road that goes directly to Maya Hotel).
Check-in was such a breeze it was all done within 2minutes. Staff were pleasant.
Room was neat & tidy. However lack of privacy since you're across from other rooms unless you close your curtain.
Breakfast was excellent! Good selection of Thai & few Western dishes as well as fruits.
There is a 7/11 store a few meters away along with some local eateries and restaurants on the same street or around the corner.
The area itself doesn't offer much besides Naiyang Beach (great spot for watching aeroplanes land due to being near airport), it's quite beautiful but not too happy to pay 200 baht per adult.
Overall enjoyed my stay, it's perfect to stay for a day or 2 max for late arrivals or before departing.
Will definitely stay again.

Whilst the rooms are nice with good air conditioning, they face other rooms across the other side of the pool, approx 30m away. There is no privacy unless curtains are closed.
The site mentions restaurant, snack bar etc but only breakfast is served(6:30-10am). There is no other food available in the hotel at all.
The hotel is not on the beach but 1/3 mile away.
The hotel is situated next to stagnant water, see picture.

We spent a Night here before continuing our journey. Hotel is only 500 m from the airport so You dont really need a taxi or anything to get to There.
The hotel is clean, quiet and fair priced. There is a 7/11 30 m from the hotel which is open 24/7.
Breakfast is fine with a descent selection of food. All in all great for a Quick stop when traveling from or to Phuket airport. Would def. recommend.

We were booked into this hotel as we missed our flight and had to wait till the next day. This hotel was great value for money, clean and close to airport. It was a short walk to a national park on the beach which had several good options for lunch. We had to contact our airline and was having problems but Nana at reception was fantastic, she was extremely helpful and kind, also sorted out a late check out for us.

This hotel was beautiful & a great way to end a long trip. My sister & I had 8 hours to rest/shower before our flight home.. I secured this hotel last minute & wasn’t disappointed. Room was clean & aesthetically pleasing. It was a short walk to convenience stores, supermarket, pharmacy & a great little eatery. Staff are friendly & assisted with a taxi for the short ride to the airport. Recommended.
