Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wow a gem of a hotel, we were given a tropical bungalow which was comfy, clean and spacious next to pool. Staff friendly keep whole area clean and tidy - great job. Gardens are lush beautiful flowers. We stayed for 7 nights and it was wonderful. Close to beach and restaurants- we ate at Jacks last restaurant on beach great staff great food great prices.

Stayed here for a week. Pool was lovely and as it was the low season not busy. This resort is little Bungalows and I found the bed comfortable. Bathrooms have been renovated recently I’d say. Close to the beach. Lots of lovely restaurants a short walk along the road - food lovely. Breakfast was average - coffee was dreadful. So strong and not drinkable! Entertainment every night and a lovely Old dog in the bar/ restaurant. There is an excellent coffee shop a few metres down the road. There is a supermarket down the road. We went to the Soi dog foundation from here as only a short drive away and that was inspiring! We had a good stay all in all!

Hit and miss. Asked for a toothbrush and staff sent me to family mart to buy one myself. Give breakfast a miss. Coffee is just bad. Good location for a layover from the airport, close to restaurants and beach. Rooms are decent. 2 pools, both are nice.

Wonderful stay with free upgrade by kind staff. Pools clean, bed comfy. Quiet at night. At its best off season. Reception and housekeeping staff first class. Bellboy very kind and helpful. Gardens are glorious at this hotel. Five nights was not enough! This resort can get busy with families and lots of babies in prams. I dislike babies without nappies in the pools and wish there was an adults only pool. Some Eastern European folks have no idea. Sad for others affected. Not sure what hotel can do otherwise.

A taxi picked us up from the Phuket international airport to go to our hotel, but scammed us and sent us to this hotel instead. We had booked the Marriott. The taxi and the front desk has a scam going on and tried to convince us to stay. We have a 3 year old, and it was late at night (midnight). Very despicable team. Do not support such actions. Please boycott.

We stayed at the Nai Yang beach resort and spa in a "Tropical Deluxe" room. It was far from being deluxe in standard. At best I'd describe it as being Travel Lodge standard. It's good points.... Close to airport, 10 mins in a taxi Close to the beach Close to some good beach side restaurants. The rooms were clean. Not so good Quality of nights sleep caused by noisy air con unit dripping a significant amount of water on to desk over electric sockets, poor pillows Mildew in shower A basic / functional room

The hotel is located very perfectly - very close to the beach - just 3 minutes and crossing the little street. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious (turtle suite) and clean. But the breakfast is an absolute disaster - not enough space for all those people (mainly Russians) and very limited food. One has to be really early to not find only empty containers. Coffee is most times cold and awful. Recommend, not to book breakfast and go outside to have breakfast.

good points. great location, right on the beach, 15 mins in cab from airport (less than tenner one way). Very clean, newish hotel with good size rooms, good ac, nice gardens right in the centre of the bars, restaurants and street food sellers. I got a very good deal on line (£250/wk with breakfast on line) 3 small pools. Not so good points. Plenty of hot water at the shower but no hot tap at basin. Food at breakfast sometimes cold. No bars at any of the pools and no bar as such within the hotel.
