The hotel is super, modern, new, clean. Every day they clean, change linen and towels, in the room there are beach flip-flops and a bag, slippers, bathrobes, and very decent shower accessories. Relaxed as a family from August 18 to 23, the hotel liked it. On the plus side:
Rooms: The hotel is fresh, appropriately modern, clean rooms with new furniture and appliances. The room has: , huge TV, iron, ironing board (for me this is important), hairdryer (quite powerful), beach towels, bath towels, kettle, fridge, drinking water, beach bag, beach shoes, slippers. We had a pool view room, because it's not seasonal, it was very quiet, even though there are bars near the pools. I would pay attention to rooms with access directly to the pool, very convenient, even regretting not booking this one. The corners are so secluded that you can actually get the opportunity from your room to watch the children swim and monitor their safety.
Pools: a few shallow 90 cm, and two 90 cm to 1.35 m deep, with brackish water, quite long, enough to float all. There are many sunbeds with umbrellas around the deep pools. Next to one of the swimming pools there's a children's room, there's even someone like a babysitter, but we didn't use the services, through the glass I saw master classes with the children, something glued, painted.
Breakfasts: quite varied, coffee for a hard four (I haven't counted on the best in Thailand for a long time), pastries are scarce (if it's important for anyone), otherwise eggs, sausages, various meats, sausages, cheeses, fruit, etc.
Beach: , to the sea exactly 2 minutes walk, we were out of season and the sea was worried, the beach was very dirty, covered in garbage. Delicious breakfasts, spacious rooms. There is a children's playroom near the pool and gym. There is a lot of greenery on the hotel grounds, there are several swimming pools. Polite staff. Five star service. Everywhere is very clean. Wonderful large beach towels, a handbag and even flip flops, slippers and a robe in the room. I was alone with children aged 2 and 5, and we really felt like dear guests here. High chair in a restaurant.
Deposit 1000 baht upon arrival. The room has a kettle and coffee machine, drinking water, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hairdryer.
The hotel is 50 meters from the edge of the sea. There is a pharmacy and essential shops nearby. The market is almost a kilometer away (you can walk on the asphalt).

We were supposed to stay here for three nights, but we only lasted two and left for another hotel earlier; of course, there was no talk of returning the money. Even though the hotel is new and clean, that's where its positives end. The design is also not bad, but it doesn’t seem to have been thought out for people. Beautiful, but not at all practical.
I'll start with the pros: - very clean - we were given a room of a better standard upon check-in, a two-room suite, the windows overlooked the road, but it was not noisy, it did not interfere with sleep (initially we booked a deluxe suite overlooking the pool) - the location is right on the sea, it’s across the road, there’s also a lot around, including a convenience store - good fitness room
Minuses: - check-in and, in principle, the staff at the reception are so-so, they don’t really understand English and upon check-in they didn’t tell us a word about the hotel, they only quickly tried to convince us to take the room they were offering and send us there - breakfast... it's a quiet horror... the food is of terrible quality, the choice is scanty, the coffee is worse... I've never tasted worse... Lipton tea is brewed from a bag... seriously? 5 star hotel... only the choice of fruits pleased me, there were a lot of them and very tasty! The room itself where breakfast is held is like a dining room, you eat and in front of you they clear half-eaten waste from the plates on the side and throw cutlery... a nightmare! I don't want to sit there at all - sunbeds on the pools are a separate issue... there are very few of them and since everything is in tiles, it’s impossible to lie down too hot. The pools themselves are okay. - throughout the entire hotel there is not a single place where to sit in the evening, there are chairs only near the restaurant, and if you have a late check-out there is only a small waiting area in the reception building, there are so many people there that you can’t get through, much less sit down - there is no room for storing luggage, all the suitcases are just standing in the middle of the reception, it looks super untidy - the beach... yes, it seems like the sea is nearby and it’s comfortable and cool to walk along the beach, but the water on the beach is muddy and you don’t feel like swimming at all, it’s better to go to neighboring Naithon, where the water is super
All these complaints would not have existed if the hotel had not positioned itself as 5 stars. The management of this hotel can only dream of 5 stars and will absolutely never get them. There is a maximum of 3 stars, definitely no more.
For those who like a comfortable stay, this is definitely not the place. I do not recommend this hotel.

We booked the hotel spontaneously on our tour and spent 3 nights here. The hotel complex is new, but more like a 4-star hotel. 1000 Baht must be paid in cash as a deposit.
The breakfast selection is too small for a 5-star hotel. Coffee machines are much too slow for the number of guests. In particular, one machine is usually out of order because there is no milk or beans or the collection container had to be emptied.
At least 80% of the hotel guests are from Russia, the rest are European and Asian guests.
We had booked an excursion one day and needed a taxi at 8:30 a.m. I asked reception to call one. At first I was forgotten, but after a few minutes I remembered that I was asked for a taxi phone number?! How would I, as a guest, get the phone number of a taxi center? The reaction surprised me a lot. The employee then leafed through a black book, spoke to someone and simply sent me away with the words "not available now". We then had to search the street and get a driver for completely overpriced money and arrived late at our destination. In general, unfortunately, not all of the staff were friendly.
In building F, where we had our room, you could hear the mosque in the neighborhood at various times of the day.
We would not visit this hotel again.

We rested at the end of March in this hotel. I liked everything very much. I don't understand where the negative reviews come from here.
Clean, new. They said it was very small, but it is elongated and gives the feeling that the territory is large. (We took a room with access to the pool, it was in the penultimate building)
The bathroom set is large - bathrobes, flip flops, slippers, towels (beach towels can be changed with the help of the maids when cleaning the room), shampoo, gel, hair conditioner, body lotion, toothbrush, sewing kit, cotton swabs, machine with shaving cream, combs , hats. Everything was replenished daily.
Bed linen is changed according to your wishes. You need to put a special card on the bed (it’s on the bedside table)
The staff is very friendly and responds quickly. They don't know English well - but no one has canceled the game of crocodile. Well, I have Yandex/Google translator to help.

We are vacationing here from December 24 to January 5. Initially, when choosing a hotel, my priority was the hotel's novelty, close location to the sea and developed beach infrastructure. In all respects, Bella Nara 5 out of 5. New, small, pleasant hotel. Cleaning every day without any complaints. The room includes beach towels, beach flip flops, and a beach bag. Very nice bath cosmetics in large bottles. There is a kettle in the room with tea accessories. We have the most wonderful room overlooking the pool and overlooking the bar. Very quiet, calm, building F away from the road. Nayang Beach is sandy, gently sloping, with a wonderful entrance to the sea (very good for couples with children). There are many cafes on the beach with delicious food. On the street along the beach there is also everything you need: a pharmacy, a minimarket, a currency exchange (you can even exchange rubles from a Russian card into baht), massage parlors, they sell fruit, souvenirs, clothes, you can rent a bike or a car. Within walking distance from the hotel (about 15 minutes walk along the beach) there is a beach with airplanes. The airport is 8-10 minutes from the hotel. There is everything for a relaxing holiday! I will definitely come back here again with the kids!

While I'm still here, I'm writing a review. We are vacationing with our 7-year-old daughter, in building d number 301, from February 25 to March 7. The hotel is really remote from the infrastructure of Phuket, but very close to the airport. For a leisurely holiday with children, I think it’s excellent. The breakfasts are good, there are no problems feeding the child: 4 types of fruit every day, changing; rice soups with chicken, pork, fish, seafood; two types of rice always; two types of sausages, bacon, ham, Thai 2-3 types of hot dishes; beans; eggs in 3 types; vegetable slices; pancakes, pastries; dried fruits and nuts. Wifi is not perfect, but if it doesn’t work, everything is fine. Pools of different depths, different variations, for every taste from young to old. There are no problems with towels; we always take them to the playroom in the morning. There are no complaints about the pillows; they are offered in two versions, softer and firmer. The filling number is a solid 5. Satisfied with the cleaning. The hotel left treats in the room for my daughter's birthday. The beach is one of the calmest, perfect for families with children. There is a playroom, suitable for preschoolers during the hottest part of the day. One day we conducted a quest for children, the child was given a pencil case-bag, our markers fit perfectly, the child was happy. We are happy with our vacation. Perhaps we'll come again.

The softest pillows, there are 2 types of them in the room, which one will suit you. The hotel is new, the room has all the necessary things. Board, iron, bathrobes, slippers in the room and slippers for the beach. Breakfast is something incredible! There are even dumplings, these are Chinese dumplings. More than 10 hot dishes, delicious coffee. ☕️ Fruits include dragon, melon, watermelon, passion fruit, pineapple. Fruit salads. In general, breakfast is such that you don’t even want to eat it at lunch. The staff is responsive, polite, cleaning daily. There is nowhere to go for a walk in the area. There is a Tops store next to the hotel, a little walk and there is a market. WiFi is available everywhere, even on the beach. You can order lunch and dinner at the hotel - the prices are exactly the same as nearby on the beach.

The newest hotel on my favorite Nai Yang beach. Convenient location, comfortable atmosphere, everything is perfectly clean, beautiful and stylish. I was on holiday with children aged 2 and 5 years old, we got great pleasure from the hotel as a whole, from the children's area and swimming pools, from the comfortable room on the ground floor with its own jacuzzi. Comfortable children's chairs in the restaurant for breakfast. Soft and fluffy towels, pillows of varying softness, a sofa, a dining area in the room with a kettle and coffee machine, a mini refrigerator. Shower and bath in the room, two sinks.
I would like to come back here again with the whole family!
