Arranged a last minute booking for one night for our anniversary and what a treat. Very warm welcome by the gentleman who showed us to our room and then excellent service from William and Rufus looking after us over lunch and dinner. Hats off to...More
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an amazing view overlooking the lake and watching the wildlife grazing around. Ask for the deluxe rooms as they have the best views. Our favorite activity was the elephant interaction. We got to feed an elephant and get...More

Executive suite no 1 is totally wheelchair friendly, with enough space around the bed as well as the bathroom, which has been adapted for wheel chair use. The bedroom in suite no 10 is wheelchair friendly, but the bathroom has not been changed and the person in the wheelchair will need assistance to move into the shower.
The restaurant, spa and museum are all easily accessed by wheelchair - all on level, but there are cobblestone paving which may be tricky to deal with.
