We stayed in Room 41 in the carriages, a 4-poster luxury room, as a New Year treat for my boyfriend and I. It was beautiful. Initially we were put into the wrong room but this was quickly rectified. We dined in the restaurant on Friday evening - the staff were very friendly and the food was phenomenal, not to mention...

Several issues. Firstly, we were not guided to room 24 which is hidden away with room 25. It took us a good ten minutes in the rain trying to find the room. The room was in a poor state, light bulbs going/gone in the bathroom and no room service menu or ironing board.

We stayed for just one night .. so we could explore the Bath Christmas market. We booked via Booking, but also followed up with a phone call - as we were able to talk through the different rooms with reception and amend the booking to the best possible room - very helpful staff. We stayed in the newly renovated Carriages...

Excellent accommodation . We had a Lovely stay!. Our room was superb. The bed was exceptional. Although we didn't stay for dinner, the breakfast was very good. Maybe next time we will try playing a round of golf.

Stayed here for Boxing Night as a birthday treat utilising the winter package offer. Stayed in gorgeous standard accommodation which was huge! Room had an enormous bed and comfy bedding. Fridge in room with complimentary bottles of sparkling water, and large enough for a bottle of champers, also tea and coffee making facilities. Clean and spacious bathroom with good toiletries...

After reading the review "Dreadful Christmas Party" I was dubious about the Christmas Party I had organised for my company. I have to say I shouldn't have been, the setting is beautiful and from start to finish nothing was too much for the staff, they were friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, the service excellent, we all left in...

What a shame, we had such high expectations of our works Christmas dinner. We all arrived, suited and booted. The service was awful, the staff didn't seem to know anything about the food being served. I had the French onion soup which was the worst I have ever had, who adds cream to a French onion soup?? It's was sweet...

Excellent room in Carraiges, smooth check-in and check-out. Dinner was most enjoyable even though there was a function going on at the same time. Beautiful building in spectacular grounds. Didn't make it to breakfast so can't comment. Only slight negative is the electric piano in the bar which really needs to go. Overall no problems (apart from the piano)!

Had a 2 night stay for my partners birthday. To say she loved it would be an understatement. We didn't stay in the basic room, tried something a little special the room was warm clean and luxurious the bed very comfortable and the walk in wet room/shower was very nice and a decent size TV although we wasn't there to...

When you visit this beautiful hotel you will not be disappointed. We stayed here for 2 nights using a groupon deal and had one of the suites. Everything was fantastic from the minute we arrived. The hotels restaurant was very good and it produced high quality flavoursome food. On the second night we loved the room so much we got...
