Beautiful hotel, rooms fantastic! Food in restaurant was lovely and Suey the waitresses made the evening! Very welcoming, nothing was too much for her, would recommend the salmon and beef stew and dumplings.

Suey at the Tracy Park is lovely. Food was fantastic but Suey made the evening. Nothing was too much trouble and she's got a brilliant sense of humour 😄 Beautiful buildings and glorious setting. Cromwell golf course very flattering. Looking forward to trying the Crown.

The accommodation was very good, whilst the breakfast was acceptable except for cold plates for fried breakfast on the first day. The evening meals were edible but not up to the standard one would expect from an establishment with such a wonderful setting and the bar prices were too high ( ordinary wine at £17+ a bottle ). We took...

I saw the advertisments for a Sunday roast and thought with the beautiful setting it would be a lovely place to spend a sunday having lunch. It was quiet not many people which can make it seem a bit stiff and awkward, but beautifully decorated. We abandoned having a starter which took me back to the 1980's with Prawn cocktail,...

We stayed for a golfing weekend over Easter, Friday to Monday with a round of golf each day. Positives: Rooms were very clean, spacious and well equipped, and cleaned daily. Breakfast was plenty and good. The house and surroundings were very smart. staff done their best even though there were not enough staff on duty. The spike bar was great,...

We recently ate here as a family on the Sunday carvery menu, the carvery selection of meats was very good but unfortunately all a bit overcooked. The worst aspect is the service, there is no leadership. When we arrived they couldn’t find our booking and then seated a family of six on a ten seater table even though there were...

we went here for afternoon tea which was a present in the form of a voucher. The surroundings and house were lovely, the staff were very polite and attentive but the food let it down, not great scones with long life cream and cheap jam, this was booker or brakes and exceedingly long life cheap cakes that could be bought...

Booked without any knowledge. Arrived a bit apprehensive , all fear disappeared on arrival. Reception good, bright and helpful. Three rooms, the family room was large, our room was fine. No;15, noisy boiler or air con outside room. Afternoon tea okay, not as good as London but all enjoyed it. Dinner in splendid setting, food very good, service good. Breakfast,...

We have stayed at Tracy Park several times now. The staff are always welcoming. Food in Masons Restaurant is excellent- make sure you try the special marmite butter with hot bread. Some rooms are more modern (in Carriages) than others in the courtyard. The 4 poster rooms are particularly lovely. Breakfast is hot or continental, served in the restaurant. The...

Me and my mum arrived at Tracy Park today for an afternoon Tea for two which I had been given, as a present from friends. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and fantastic surroundings, we were led to our table which over looked the most glorious view. We were asked right away if we would like drinks to...

Dear Guest, We appreciate your review and comments. I shall make sure that the Chef is aware of these as the standard you described is not the standard of the hotel. I am sorry that it was disappointing. We hope you will give us another visit as we have a wonderful kitchen team.
