We stopped here for lunch while exploring the area. The staff were welcoming and the food was terrific. The Buddha bowl was huge and delicious, a tasty mix of fresh crunchy salad with spicy beef and creamy guacamole. The beef burger and curly chips was magic I'm told. It was the perfect lunchtime break. I'd definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location and so convenient as we did the Mt Kosciusko hike to the summit and it was less than 5mins drive to the start of the trail. Clean and simple rooms but that’s all you needed if you’re going to spend most of the day outdoors. Friendly and super helpful staff. I would definitely come back to stay for the snow season.

My partner and I stayed here for one night as we were starting our hike up to the summit from Charlotte Pass early the next day. It is around 45 minutes from Jindy with a very beautiful and scenic drive up the mountain. It was easy to locate but do inform the reception should you be arriving late, usually the staff would be in the restaurant below. Room was very basic but value for money considering the location. As others have mentioned, there are only stairs so if you have luggages be prepared. We did not know how to lock the room door (not sure why it wouldn't lock) but did not bother to anyway as it felt safe. There is no fridge in the room but there is a panel heater which we made good use of. Would stay again.

In the middle of Charlottes Pass, great location with super easy access to some major sights. They lost one point for the restaurant ((Mexican, why?) but got it back for the location. The walls are thin, so your neighbours will hear you snore but otherwise rooms are ok. Great location. The bar looks well stocked and the common area is flexible with a large fireplace. I expect things will get quite crowded in the ski season, but summer was fine. Did I mention the location is great? NOT wheelchair accessible - Steep stairs everywhere, consider requesting a lower floor.

Standard fare - pizza is good, mexican options. The balcony area is great but weather must be in your favour. Open year round which is good too. Nothing mind blowing but solid fare after skiing or walking. Good location.
