We stayed for 5 nights in tropical villa suite 105 it was spacious very modern & clean.Staff were very friendly & helpful We had meals at the pool bar which were excellent . There is a small but well appointed gym for the energetic. It’s set in a quiet location only 5 minutes walk to lots of bars & restaurants, with kata beach around 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here a few nights, very dated rooms.Air con is awful, swim up pool is 0.6m deep and mucky. I would find another hotel. Staff are friendly though so credit to them they do there best. Not a lot else to say but i need 200 words sooooooooooooo

I recently had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this hotel, which left much to be desired in terms of compassion and flexibility. Several weeks prior to our stay, I encountered an unforeseen issue with my visa. Understanding the situation, I reached out to the hotel, hoping for a possible refund or the option to reschedule our visit. Despite my understanding of their non-refundable booking policy, the hotel's inflexibility in accommodating a request to adjust the booking dates was disheartening, especially given the extraordinary measures I was taking to resolve my visa issue, including traveling to another country. When I communicated the progress of obtaining the visa and our commitment to staying at the hotel, albeit on a later date, the response I received was cold and formulaic, emphasizing their cancellation policy without a hint of empathy or basic courtesy like a simple greeting. Their reply starkly reiterated the policy: any failure to arrive as scheduled would result in a 100% charge of the booking value, with no possibility for amendments or modifications. This response was particularly jarring after the strenuous efforts and the personal ordeal I had undergone, including an 18-hour flight, only to be denied entry and sent back. A more dignified, understanding approach, even if the policy remained unchanged, would have been greatly appreciated. It's crucial to remember that behind every booking, there's a human story, and a little empathy goes a long way. Given this experience, I am deeply disillusioned with the hotel's approach to customer service. Before even setting foot on the property, if this is indicative of how guests are treated, it raises serious concerns about the level of hospitality and care one might expect during their stay. In the realm of hospitality, where service and human connection are paramount, the hotel's approach was not only disappointing but also a stark reminder of the importance of choosing accommodations that value their guests.

Good location for kata beach. Room itself was clean with access to a pool which was very nice. Staff in hotel could’ve been more helpful in terms of what is around the local area, what the hotel offers and the general small touches you come to expect whilst staying in a 4* hotel. Unfortunately the only communication we had was around the taxi and that we shouldn’t have ordered a Bolt (we weren’t to know and the app is legal). After a 16 hour plane journey as well they forgot about us during check in and I had to come and ask after 40 minutes- the room was already ready at this point. All in all for the value it is a pleasant hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Foyer was inviting and airy, easy check in and taken to our swim up room which was lovely! Room was really good size, bath and shower and plenty of storage space. The large sliding doors leading onto terrace then directly into pool was lovely. The hotel was quiet so had the pool to ourselves a lot! It's a bit of a walk into Kata, we did this a few times but paths were a little dodgy in places. There is an Italian restaurant near hotel entrance which we went to in a few occasions which was really good. Overall really pleasant staff who chatted and happy to help, clean large room. We were out everyday exploring Phuket so this was ideal for us.

We stayed for 2 nights, we only booked as it was a great deal on booking.com, we paid 2370bht for 2 nights without bfast, so good price It's a 5 to 10 mins walk from kata beach so great location with a few bars on the way in and when your coming home The rooms are basic but good, single storey buildings with a patio Can't comment on food as room only and didn't eat or drink near pool Pool area nice There is a shuttle that will take you into kata for free, but every time we tried to get it, it wasn't available, after 5pm you need to pay 100bht for the trip, but when you ask to be dropped off an extra 200 meters they want 150bht, If you get a deal book it, of it's full price there are better hotels

Nice clean hotel - spacious room with pool access. Large bathroom with bath and shower. Staff are very friendly and very willing to help. It's about a 10 min walk to Kata beach - nice steady walk with bars and shops on the way. The hotel do put a shuttle bus on what runs every hour or so.

I loved the Blu pine, the villas were amazing and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort was quiet, clean and the food at the pool side bar was excellent. I stayed in the tropical villa which had a lounge and large balcony plus a small kitchenette. Bathroom was large and well equipped. A few downsides: the location is super quiet, which is good sometimes but it was a 10 plus minute walk to the main streets and Kata beach. I didn’t mind it but the kids didn’t enjoy it. They do have a shuttle bus though that goes to the Main Street a few times a day. Not much in the way of restaurants or bars near by mainly I think due to covid closures. If you want more of a party experience this is not the place. It was 300 baht to Patong by taxi one way. All in all I liked it and would stay again.
