Great accomodation in a quiet street. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment (Unit 18) for 10 days with excellent views from the balcony. Room was spacious and had a full kitchen, utensils ciand fridge (although we ate out most of our time here). A washing machine and dryer were also available which came in handy. They also have laundry facilities downstairs as well. The bed was comfortable as well. Staff and reception were nice and friendly. Parking was secure for our rental vehicle. Also to as a note, our apartment was on the top floor so be aware that there are a few flight of stairs to manage which we did not mind. The only improvement I can suggest is upgrading the lounge furniture as the leather lounge suite were showing their age otherwise a great stay and we will definately be back to stay next time we are in Newcastle.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for one night in Unit 15. Entry was via a pin code and secure car parking provided under the building. The apartment was generous in size and well equipped with all you'd need to self cater. The apartment was clean in all aspects, the bed very comfortable and the property extremely quiet as it is located in a residential street. It was handy to walk to the nearby Charlestown Square for supplies. Access to our apartment was via a lift from the carpark and then a short flight of stairs. This property was reasonably priced for the amenities provided and we would stay again if in the Newcastle/Hunter Valley region.

Great apartment, nice quiet spot and very clean. Was so pleased to find it had baby gates on the stairs - made navigating the place with our toddler stress free. Amenities were good, street parking available (our car didn't fit in the garage but I had expected this when booking). The unit we were in had three levels and lots of stairs - perhaps not for everyone but was well priced. Would stay again.

We have a booking for the next two days and would like to cancel due to the flood situation. We have been told we have to wait until the morning to have a decision made by a Ruth who gets into work at 9.00 am. This is totally unacceptable and appalling service in the current circumstances and a full refund should be issued without hesitation. Hopefully, they will decide to refund sooner rather than later so I can change the rating on this review?

We booked this place as it was one of the last places left, in future we will look here first it was a good location, so quite with no road noise, a short walk to shops and take aways. Clean and tidy. The only downs was the 3 story room with a lot of stairs and the garage was too small to fit my dual cab ute in, but their is on street parking and it was safe.

I stayed in apartment #6 - 2bdrm plus - with my partner , young baby, sister & brother in law. The apartment was beautiful! Very spacious and well configured. Everything was clean & tidy , was provided a cot and highchair for my little one. Such an easy process with a PIN code texted to you to get in plus own garage. A very good spot close to so many things. Only “downside” I guess was there is a lot of stairs but you do expect that from apartments & the plus side is you don’t need to work out on your stay - haha!! I will certainly be staying here again , cannot fault ! Thank you so much :)

What a great spot, easy walk back into town and Charlestown square. Our room #16 was perfect, clean, tidy, every thing you need. Undercover car park with security gate. Nice quiet area, birds in trees out the front of our room. It was perfect for my wife & I all at a reasonable price. Thankyou team

Stayed overnight at Charlestown Executive Apartments in a studio apartment. Was originally booked into other accomodation which turned out to be sub standard so had to make a fast decision based on the internet. This complex turned out to be a breath of fresh air and a great choice. At a cost for the studio of $155, this in my opinion was great value compared to the $135 i had just forked out at a property resembling the Norman Bates Motel in Maitland! At Charlestown Executive Apartments the service was great, the property itself was extremely new and modern, clean, very secure, had everything you would ever need, your own patio area out front to enjoy the morning sun and it was in an extremely quiet area of town. I could not fault this property and would totally recommend. Also as a note, the photos on the website reflect exactly how the property is presented so you can see exactly what your getting.

Stayed as a family of four for just over a week during Christmas. Check-in was simple and the receptionist was very friendly. Our apartment was right near the lift so we had easy access. It was a 2br apartment with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and kitchen, living, and laundry downstairs. We had plenty of everything including dishwashing and laundry powder. The apartment was very clean and conveniently placed within walking distance to the Charlestown Square shopping centre and Charlestown Swimming Pool. Very quiet area - would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for three nights. The accommodation was very modern and spacious. You certainly get a lot of bang for your buck at this place. There is a large TV mounted on the wall with a DVD player. The kitchen was large with all of the modern appliances you would expect (including dishwasher). There was plenty of space for the entire family. It is also very close to a major shopping centre which has some great restaurants. The person that checked us in was very friendly, helpful and had plenty of local knowledge of restaurants and attractions.
On the negative side, the main bedroom has very high widows which the blinds do not completely cover (so in the morning the light comes in to the room). The modern decoration is a bit cold. There is no toilet downstairs (but there are two upstairs).
Overall, this accommodation was comfortable with all the modern conveniences you could want.
