This place was on our list to visit Tortuguero as we thought prices in Tortuguero were over our budget. The place has a very quiet location off Road and Philip and his wife are very hospitable. The cabines are rather basic but more then Ok. The trip to Tortuguero can be easily Done from here and they arrange everything for...

We stayed here a total of 4 nights the first in a family cabin, we had a very cold night as there are no windows and was not any extra bedding. The bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Behind the cabins is a small unmade road which at 6am sounds like the M25 in rush hour, so it's difficult to hear...

We booked this B&B off the Internet and we are so happy we did! The reservation process with Annette was painless and when we got to Costa Rica it was really easy to find. The cottages are super cute and very clean with everything you need. When we got there Annette had a bottle of red wine waiting for us...

Felt like home and Annethe took great care of us. Breakfasts was great, a lot of fruit, and the dinners we ordered were delicious too. It's close to two national parks, Tortuguero and Braulio Carillo where you can experience many things. Thanks for the stay, Annethe!

Where do I begin! It is an incredible place and Herbie and Annette are great hosts. We stayed in cabin number 2 which seemed to have the best views of the canopy out of the four cabins there. From our porch we saw a sloth, green iguana and hummingbirds a plenty. We also saw a toucan in the grounds. The...

We stayed here only for one night as we were passing through. This wonderful bed and breakfast is an amazing way to connect and explore nature in Costa Rica. There is no restaurant and you eat what is served. Which is a wonderful way to enjoy real Costa Rican foods. The food we had was extremely tasty, fresh and well...

It would be unfair to review this property as we never actually stayed there although we did book it. It looks great. Due to a short illness we had to reschedule our stay here. We managed to move our dates at four other locations at no extra cost, although we would have been happy to pay an administration fee. Casa...

Very close to the river. If you are seeking an exotic place in the jungle to stay this is it. Small wooden cottage. Very informative, helpful and friendly staff/owner. Easy to find and still close to Guapiles. Far too expensive for the standard.

Beautiful little ecolodge with a rustic cabin. Cute porch with chairs. Screened in room so you can hear the river, birds/animals etc at night. It was like sleeping in nature. Herbie was very nice & accomodating. We never met his wife as we were only there for the night. Dinner was delicious. Fresh & flavorful.
