I head up retro in humour to another post saying how 70's it is, well thats because nothing has changed since the 70's. Only the good things like a comfy bed and water pressure good. Service is still fantastic. Shame entire town so quiet for Easter, Santo is a great destination for beaches, blue holes and water falls...like atitaki in...

I stayed at Hotel Santo for a week recently - I love the history of this place, and it has a glorious nostalgic charm. It is a great location in the middle of Luganville, and it is a great place to sit and have a beer and watch the world go by. The pool and gardens are beautiful and immaculate,...

We stayed at the Hotel Santo for the best part of 10 days. It was fantastic. Marie Jane was very helpful. The staff were marvellous and couldn't do enough for you. I have stayed in 5 * resorts in Vila where fittings have been broken and walls needed painting. Everything at the Hotel Santo was excellently maintained. The food was...

Very welcoming service. Our room was lovely spacious, clean and comfortable, with a few extra complimentary gifts that I've not seen at other Resorts (nice). The location was perfect for what we needed. The Hotel was full with the Tahiti Under 20s soccer team, and I must say they were very well behaved. Not even a whisper from them as...

Our stay here has been very pleasant. Staff are helpful, breakfast was great and the room is very comfortable with plenty of room and 2 bathrooms. We ate around the pool which is very attractive. If you like water sports and walking this isa great place to visit. The people are friendly towards tourists.

Terrible restaurant. The lady who is the manager is not helpful at all: didn't help to find a car to hire, made us problems to organize breakfast early in the morning (early departure from the hotel). She seems to be at her place and not for the guests. The rooms are very acoustic: we couldn’t sleep ‘cause the neighbours decided...

The hotel is well-located in the centre of town, minutes from dive shops, tour agencies, the market and Charlie Fung's amazing restaurant. Definitely retro in style it has a lobby with character and a beautiful garden with a large open-sided bure where you can take your meals. Rooms are comfortable enough, if a little basic, and hot water is intermittent...

It looks like one of those old South African safari hotels. Based in the middle of the town it is ideally located to do just about everything. I think it is also the biggest hotel with around 30 rooms. Breakfast is sparse with a piece of fruit and tea/coffee and toast. You can order a hot breakfast if you so...

Stayed for one night at low season, very calm and nice with rooms right on the garden and swimmingpool area. It's situated in the middle of town so it's easy to get everywhere (and do go to the fruit- and veggie market down the street, it's worth a visit) and there's a nice little café just across the street.
