We stopped over for just one night. Our rooms were nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was just a few steps down the hall, but closer than mine is at home so that did not bother us. The other room we had had an en suite. The rooms were clean and so...

Stopped over for two nights at this B&B food was great and the house made every effort to look after us including our calorie needs accommodation was fairly basic but it was very clean and tidy and the beer was excellent highly recommended for a short stay

Having read all the previous reviews I was expecting a great stay at the New Inn, that is why we choose to stay here. I have to confess I was not sure that this was the same establishment as previously reviewed as my experience was very different. £75 for a double room in a pub is rather expensive especially when...

Clean, welcoming and sensibly priced. Beds very comfortable. Exactly what we needed after a hectic day at the festival. Nothing was too much trouble. Dinner freshly cooked and breakfast excellent. Perhaps the dining room needs an update but no other faults.

Overall cleanliness good, the food is very good, recommend steak and ale pie.friendly proprietors, dog friendly .easy reach of the brecon, the foot rail on the bed can be dangerous if not careful when walking around the bed.

Finding reasonably priced accommodation for the Hay Festival is difficult, but this was a great find. Sensible prices and lovely breakfasts. It's not fancy, but it's decent, clean, reasonably priced and the owner made us very welcome. I'll happily go back.

Damon, I don't know if you will see this but after watching you on this week's 4 in a bed I hold my hat off to you. Well done sir. A fine establishment and quality food. The next time I am in the area I will definitely book a room. Bravo

Stayed in the New Inn on a last minute booking Thurs and Friday night. Lovely room with en suite, decor was beautiful and clean throughout. We had a beautiful breakfast (thanks Glen!) We didn't wander far as we just wanted a relaxing few nights away. We had delicious meals in the pub (recommend 2 for £10) and the rib eye...

I Stayed at the New Inn whilst working in the Brecon area in February 2016. The room I had included an ensuite shower and toilet which was clean and modern. I added breakfast to the room which Glen cooked earlier for me than their regular breakfast hours to suit my working schedule. Just a nice friendly place.

Thank Tom R
