This was a last minute find. We were two couples and stayed here for 2 nights over the long Easter weekend. The entire property is a delight to watch with all the vintage stuff around. We had booked the two en-suite rooms and both the rooms and the bathrooms were very neat and clean. Breakfast served was nice and hot....

Me and the family stayed at the stable cottage for 1 week during the summer holidays and in the carriage house over christmas. Both stays were some of the best times we have ever had. I didn't know the english countryside had this much to offer until we visited the grange in the summer. The grounds of the hotel had...

We booked a few days over Xmas this year for us, the 2 kids and dog at the stables. We were met by the owner who was putting up some Xmas decorations for us. We had a lovely time in this cosy cottage, and the log burner was great. We will definitely be going back here again. Thank you for...

A party of 6 of us stayed for one night in November 2016. We informed the owners that we would be arriving around 2-3pm. Two of our party arrived at 3pm to find there was no-one around therefore they had to go to a nearby pub whilst they waited. Once the rest of us arrived we were welcomed by our...

Fantastic grounds we stayed in, really can't get enough of this place! West Burton itself is a magical little hobbit type village with loads of gorgeous walks, waterfalls, streams and rivers next to the gargantuan Penn Hill. Lovely people in the village with a quaint little shop and a small pub. The owners here were very helpful and we didn't...

We stayed here for one night while walking in the beautiful Yorkshire dales. This is a family run b&b in one of the prettiest villages in England. The family were very friendly and welcoming, the beds amazingly comfortable and the roll top bath in the en suite very much appreciated after a long day out walking. But the most interesting...

We just spent 3 nights in the Coach House. Had a great time - we found the accommodation cosy and warm with really comfortable beds. The apartment had all that we needed, and we really liked the way it was presented. The setting is hard to beat too - lovely gardens and riverside location. Would definitely return.

We stayed in the Nunnery for 3 nights from 25/3/16 cost £324 (£25 for taking dog) Lovely location, stream across the road and 5 min walk to a gorgeous waterfall. Lovely walks from the doorstep, a village pub 5 min walk, serves food till 8.30 pm. Had a superb meal at the Aysgarth falls hotel. Accommodation disappointing, no welcome treats...

I dont normally like to give bad reviews especially for a place that I have stayed in the past and enjoyed but I do feel I should comment on my last stay at the Grange.. On arrival the owner informed me that she had just put the heating on which bearing in mind the freezing conditions didnt bode well. After...

We have been travelling to the dales for many years, and have stayed in many B & B's,this one though was a bit of a hit in places, and vast misse's in others. On arrival no one about, with the keys with a member of our party who had arrived earlier. We quickly found our room, nicely made up and...
