The island was really nice and peaceful even though there was a full house around Christmas. We were lucky that the other guests were also looking for a peaceful time (there are enough party islands in the archipelago). The family bungalow we stayed in was amazing and we really appreciated the proper toilet and shower. The cute and nice monkeys...

I can appreciate the amount of effort you did in order to totally rewrite you mother s comment, it takes some determination, congratulations In another hand, allow me to mention that I really dont think the tripadvisor community need to be told exhaustively things twice to understand a situation. This is a special place perfect for anybody interested to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle of Bocas del Toro on a unique, tropical mangrove island. Francine has created a modest but comfortable little retreat. It is nestled in-between other islands at the Southern most tip of Popa Island, near the Zapatilla Islands and a small...

We booked what was advertised as a 2 bedroom place on an ISLAND, with access to a restaurant, bar and wifi. When we arrived after a 45 min boat ride there, was a studio bungalow on a mangrove (no land to be seen, so if you want to take a little walk on vacation forget it, you are stranded!) It...

Dear tripadvisor community It looks that they mixup the features of two different properties and their specific features,my house where they where and Urraca Private Island, my ressort eventhough I sent them múltiple photos. We loved our experience at Urraca! Francine, the proprietor, was a gracious hostess, an excellent cook and had impeccable taste. We stayed there in early May 2014 and had pretty good weather. It did rain one day, but we were able to have a fantastic day just reading and relaxing in the newer lofted building overlooking the sea. The other...
