These cabins are small but all one needs to cope for a few days. Just be aware of the baboons. They climb through the windows when you turn your back. When you leave the cabin make sure everything is locked. We had a wonderful stay with our visitors from Germany.

This has been my best December holiday ever. We love the adventure of finding new hidden gems and Natures Valley is just such a gem. Our trip started in the Lesotho highlands and ended here. At first the plan was to stay just a couple of days but once we experienced this little Eden, we stayed for two weeks! Enjoy...

On our way along the Garden Route we stayed in a two bed cabin for three days enjoying the peaceful camp landscaping up the heat. There were activities such as canoeing on the lake, walking around the local footpaths and generally site seeing. Each cabin had concrete b-b-q outside which was ideal and wood could be bought on-site at a...

This was our 4th stay at Natures Valley de Vasselot Rest Camp and it is our "go to" place to get away from it all, to relax and unwind in peace and tranquility. We prefer to stay in the Forest Huts but have also spent one stay in a chalet. Our recent stay was once again in a Forest Hut....

What an amazing camp site, so beautifully incorporated in the trees, offering privacy and the feeling that it is just you and nature. Birds all around, a resident bush bucks strolls by and the mischievous monkeys pop in and out. There are quite a few ablution blocks scattered throughout the campsite, they are kept clean and are well maintained. Definitely...

Nestled right in the nature reserve, this campsite is amazing! Be sure to bring the mosquito repellent - mosquitos are in great supply. But other than that, this campsite is wonderful! Right on the river. We had a site in the forest area which was lovely - there is also a large grassy patch which I imagine is very hot...

We reserved after receiving a great recommendation from my friend . When we arrived we were blown away from the view! The chalets are well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. Bathroom very basic. Great place to stay!

This was my first visit to Nature's Valley Rest Camp, and it was everything, and more, than I had hoped for. The chalet was comfortable and any problems was quickly sorted (bedlight bulb changed). The reception was helpful and informative, and thereafter the service was discreet and well done. We came to enjoy the peace and natural surroundings, and that...

A lovely end to a lovely day - just wandered on down to Nature's Valley Park. Plenty of car parking available as there's not too great a take up of this facility but to be honest it's a peaceful place wehere you could quite easily spend the day. It's also a beautiful backdrop to the sea though at this point...

Our "on the brim" holiday brought us to Nature's Valley Rest Camp for one night. Reception was okay, then a weave through to trees to find our parking. To our dismay, our forest Hut is so close to the other (huts 5 and 6) that everything the people in the Hut next to us does can be heard clearly. Our...
