This was a blissful stop off as we worked our way home (to the UK) from Umbria in Italy. Whilst being conveniently around 10-15 minutes from our route north the setting was idyllically rural surrounded on all sides by a beautiful French village and field after field of vines. We were the only guests of the day (it being somewhat...

As the smaller rooms were booked during our visit, we splashed out on the Les Champs suite which was incredible. Four huge rooms, and all the decor/furnishings were well thought-out and finished to a very high standard. The room and the building in general was surprisingly better than the pictures online even suggested. Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating,...

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house within the equally lovely village where the proprietor's family has been making wine for generations. The attention to detail in the decoration of the building and our room was of the highest standard. It is a charming place set within picturesque vineyards. Our host was equally charming and very helpful in...

We stopped off here on our way down to the south of France, and were delighted with the place. Clean, and great standards of rooms. We opted for the meal, I would recommend as there are not many restaurants around, and they are dog friendly, our dog just sat in the dining area with us while we ate.

After being stuck in traffic, Philippe was there to welcome us with a much needed glass of wine. The suite was absolutely beautiful and the décor of the house was of a very high standard. We enjoyed a lovely evening meal with super wine. Only problem was our stay was too short.

Bed and breakfast cannot be done any better than this place delivers. The atmosphere in this castle-like winery cottage is homely, friendly and warm. Great local food and their own wine produce (especially the sparkling rose) is magnificent. Next time we bring our car to bring home wine.

A beautiful lodging house with a tasting cellar, gorgeous garden and funky rooms/ decor. Right in the centre of the village and a great centre for walking the area. Philippe is a charming host. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The only proviso: it isn't air-conditioned so if it's really hot weather it can get a bit uncomfortable even with the...

An excellent property located in the small village of Fuisse. The house is a lovely country property that is clean, cosy and comfortable. The owners are all very friendly and accommodating. The wine they produce is delicious and very reasonably priced. Breakfast is also very tasty- fresh bread, cheese, croissants and muesli await. My only complaint is that there is...

At the end of a long day's bike ride, it was wonderful to find this place and be so warmly welcomed. It is more like staying with a family than in a hotel, with a very comfortable lounge on the first floor to sit and drink their excellent wines in. Dinner is on big shared tables with robust and tasty...

“For the elderly or disabled people: choose a room on a lower level, there are a lot of a bit unequal stairs when you have to go to the second floor. This place is in a quiet corner of Fuissé, I think that all the rooms have a nice view and their own charm. Our room was in yellow- we loved it- , another room was more red coloured, so if you hate yellow or red....”
