The views from this hotel are worth a visit. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The food in the restaurant, breakfast & lunch are buffet style, plenty of choice, the hot dishes could do with being a bit warmer. The rooms are small but have everything needed. Transport is needed to visit Abisco.

This hotel was ok for winter sports, but little else to do here. We found the food was not great with the exception of the bar food which we enjoyed. The bar atmosphere was good and the staff were great, although drinks were expensive as in most Swedish hotels. The surrounding area is very spectacular but we were unable to...

We stayed five nights in a cabin. Spacious, warm, clean, a perfect base to unwind from the days activities. Cabin facilities a little basic compared to what we may be used to, but perfectly functioning and we could not fault it at all. Drying area/room a real bonus after days out in the snow. Food in the hotel was wonderful...

Stayed here for two nights. All staff were very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The restaurant is really nice and the food of a very high standard. The best thing was the hot chocolate while stting in the lounge watching the world go by. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in main hotel but cabins for families available. Winter sports are well supported with range of ski runs and equipment hiring. Views from all rooms are excellent with triple glazed windows. Snowmobile group offers well organised mountain trips. The hotel will organise alternative types of snow activity tours with other suppliers. Comfortable entrance lounge with range of snacks and...

A beautiful location for skiers. Well groomed and quiet slopes, something we have not experienced in the Alps! Reception area appealing and welcoming. Food good. Staff can't be faulted. Cleaning staff didn't stop and always a friendly word. Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. My only criticism is the room which had the most amazing view on the lower floor...

It was a last minute changed of plan to stay at this hotel. Our actual plan was to go to Iceland, but we had such a limited day to spend. Therefore, we had changed to this hotel in Swedish's Lapland to hunt for the Northern Light while snowboarding during the day. We were here at the Cabin type room, it...

We stayed here with a tour party of 32 in Feb 2016 and stayed for three nights. We arrived by train at Bjorkliden station in a snowstorm and had a wonderful stay despite a couple of issues. Our room (107) was on the lower floor of the main hotel and these rooms are a little on the small side by...

Stayed here for three nights. One night in the cabins. Didn't realize they were a bit away from the hotel and a trek up and down a couple of hills...hard to navigate in the snow. We asked to switch to rooms in the hotel and the staff was VERY accommodating. We were able to make the switch. It is a...

We travelled from Kiruna to Abisko with a group of four families on or Northern Lights trip. Our cabin was two stories with four bedrooms, huge kitchen and sitting area, plus sauna and wood fire. We loved it! Staff all very helpful and food nice, even took specific requests for our group and were flexible. Breakfast god Swedish fare. The...
