What a really lovely experience staying with Phillippe and Sophie in Ay. This was our 2nd trip so we had an idea of what sort of experience we would be in for. The Champagne tasting was delightful and Philippe is a perfect host, bursting with knowledge and passion about the champagne industry which he is more than prepared to share....

To review Logis des Pressureurs as 'accommodation' does not do it justice, as staying here was the most memorable experience of our recent 8 week trip. Philippe is the charismatic and generous leader of Champagne Roger Brun, and provides a wonderful opportunity to taste the sensational champagne, ask questions and learn about wine, and be thoroughly entertained. We lamented the...

Comfortable and homely establishment owned by Phillippe and Sophie, who run Champagne Roger Brun, next to the church in Ay. Excellent breakfast , but the tasting the night before, memorable ! A must visit if in the area, as is the purchase of some of their champagne 👍🏽

This little B&B is nicely located near the town center and right next to a beautiful church. Rooms are clean and simple. We had a good sleep here. The hosts speaks English well, and a very welcoming. You are staying at a champagne producer, so tasting his goods is also possible. Breakfast consists of coffee, croissants, baguettes, butter, marmelade and...

This Easter we will visit Philippe and Sophie again, for the seventh year in a row. Their generosity, the tastings of Roger Brun champagne, the knowledge on what other houses to visit, the nice rooms, the hearty breakfast, the location in the middle of Aÿ - everything is just perfect. If you get the chance - don't miss this gem...

There is no doubt, Philippe Brun and his lovely wife Sophie are stars! A tasting with Philippe is a rich voyage of knowledge, experience and insight. He is a generous host. We tasted a range of Champagne from every day drinking to special event Grand Cru with pink Romance on the way, a fabulous early evening. The rooms are clean,...

We have visited here several times previously to taste and buy Champagne Roger Brun. It is very central for restaurants and within easy reach of Epernay and the large Champagne houses. We usually visit in September when picking is in full swing which has meant we cannot stay here because the rooms are used by grape pickers. We were not...

Philippe Brun's business is making delicious champagne, as an aside he also has B&B rooms. You will learn more about Champagne with Philippe than in the big houses. The welcome and the hospitality are second to none. Ay is a lovely little village with a good selecton of restaurants all within walking distance.

I have been coming to Champagne region for the past 10 years and have stayed in many different places from top 5* Hotels to lovely B&B's. During last visit I have been invited for a champagne tasting at Roger Brun Champagne House. Philippe Brun was incredible! So knowledgeable and fun that you can spend hours in his cozy tasting room...

“All rooms are next to the old church which has fantastic bells, all part of the character, it will not matter if you have accidentally forgotten your alarm clock.”
