We visited the Kilpeck Inn on a Travelzoo deal which included one nights stay and a three course meal. It wasn't too far away from home and everything about the inn looked good on the website but it was a really pleasant surprise as it was even better than we expected. The deal was extremely good value and we wished...

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it as much as the first. We were in the Wye slightly smaller than the Monnow but still very comfortable. The food was delicious - a little wait as there was a large crowd but we weren't in a hurry. We asked if they could cook some onion rings - best we've...

We visited this pub with friends who live nearby for lunch and were impressed. There was a nice special menu along side the a la carte with a good selection and the pint of Butty beer was delicious. The service was very good and friendly and we did not have to wait long to be served

Stayed on Saturday night, lovely big room, massive bed, tastefully decorated. Nice bathroom with underfloor heating. Great location, extremely peaceful little village, silent at night and on the Sunday morning. We also ate in the restaurant, food very good, had three courses, I had the sirloin steak which was very flavourful and cooked perfectly. Breakfast on Sunday morning was also...

Very comfortable and well presented accommodation at a good price. One drawback is that check in is from 5.30pm only and the pub is on a winding back road therefore difficult to find in the dark. The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was particularly good.

A truly splendid place! Met with friends there who all stayed too. From the moment we arrived until the time we departed the staff were brilliant. They looked after us all extremely well indeed and nothing was an issue to them. The food was great as was the gin and numerous bottles of prosecco. The stay there really got us...
