We were looking a night away to remember for a significant birthday celebration with easy going style, great food and idyllic setting - found it at Coopershill. Friendly and helpful service from Simon and Christina, a superb dinner of locally sourced and artfully prepared produce and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Wonderful experience - hopefully to be...

Coopershill is a wonderful balance of old world charm and modern convenience. There is an authentic sense of history in the house but it has evolved to cater for modern needs. The rooms are large and comfortable with beautiful views. What makes this place stand apart though is the attention to detail. Every time I needed something it was there...

I walked in and had to physically remind myself to keep my mouth closed....it was so beautiful, well-appointed, historical, and had my every need in mind. The food cooked by Christina, one of the owners, was delicious and locally grown...including the yummy jams and jellies. Pls go to their website and view this incredible Manor House. Awesome!

This again is one of those places with an interesting history, we stayed here for 1 night in the georgian room, which was wonderful and really spacious. We arrived at tea time, so indeed took tea/coffee in the sitting room with a piece of cake, we saw there was a price next to it on the table, but never expected...

My partner and I stayed here at the end of our three week holiday in Europe and it was the perfect finish to a great holiday. This is a very peaceful, restful place to stay. Our room was beautifully presented with soft blues and creams. A lounge and a chair and a window seat along with a beautiful bed and...

Christina and Simon were welcoming from the first second we arrived. What a spectacular place. Fabulous meal, peaceful room, relaxing and amazing gardens. Do yourself a favour and go. We only stayed one night, perhaps one should plan for two nights.

On holiday from the North of Ireland, we called at Coopershill House today to purchase some venison, having found them on Georgina Campbell's website. Since venison is my favourite meat we left this beautiful house with a fillet (for tonight's dinner) and a haunch to take home. We drove through the lovely estate, past fields of deer and on towards...

From the ancestors' portraits and fighting instruments on the walls to the 200 head of fallow deer outside to the drinks and conversation by the peat fire to the heirloom family silver service and china to Simon's stories, Coopershill was special. I wish we could have stayed longer! I'm not one of those people who give five stars easily, but...
