The rooms are a decent standard and spotless. The owners were helpful enough and friendly, as were the waiting staff but the food was disappointing. The hotel I feel could do with a lounge type bar area as the existing one isn't too inviting. I think a slight modernisation to the communal areas and a significant improvement to the food...

We booked a Skiing holiday with Crystal, and I have to say, the Crystal Rep had already upset us BEFORE we got to the hotel with her continuous dialog regarding Mayrhofen and NO help about Ramsau for the guests here. She made us feel a hindrance! So, Martin and Margarite made us VERY welcome, and were very helpful doing the...

The owners Martin and Margareta are friendly and welcoming. We found the staff generally friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and spacious and clean. The bathroom was modern with lovely underfloor heating, no bathrobe though and very small towels. Our room was very hot and stuffy and only had a door to a balcony that faced the road. The...

Easy & quick late check in (pre-arranged with the owner as advised by the tour operator) with a dinner provided. Our room (111) was very warm, quiet, spacious & enough room for us & our 7 year old son. Half board food was always pleasant & plentiful. The boot room/ski locker was fine, if a little crowded at times. The...

We stayed here for 3nights, although the property is clean and well maintained this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Swimming pool and sauna are a nice extra, but old and worn. We had half-board during our stay, breakfast is good but dinner is horrible. The vegetables were not fresh (freezer) and the meat was so tough, we never...

We booked two twin rooms here through a Crystal Ski Package on Half Board basis. The hotel is very clean and well maintained with all rooms a very good size and include a balcony. Our rooms were at the rear of the building overlooking the field (the road is at the front) The hotel owners and staff are very friendly...

We arrived here on New Years Eve, and were given a warm welcome, the rooms and the hotel itself are immaculately clean and everything is in working order. The staff are friendly, helpful and mostly speak good English, however it is handy to have some knowledge of German as not everything is multi-lingual, however with myself being a German speaker,...

A no pomp authentic Tyrolean hotel, food was great really nice and staff were lovely, I'm a pain as a coeliac who is allergic to cows milk yeah, I had no issues all week. Rosie and the staff were excellent, it's Austrian hotel so if you want an Anglo hotel it's not for you, rooms are very big and spotlessly...

We have visited this hotel several times and have always been satisfied. We are going back in 2016 again. The half-board is superb and the rooms are very large and spacious. It is located in a small quiet town, but the ski-busses stop right in front of the hotel for easy access to the slopes. There is a locked and...

Hotel was always warm and very clean with a friendly atmosphere. Food was very nice most of the time , however if you don't like massive lumps of meat ( and I mean huge ) then maybe you might be eating out a couple of evenings, service was always with a smile and they mostly speak very good English. The...
