I stayed here for several days and found it to be a fantastic spot. Yes the rooms aren't spotless but its a beach hut so it never will be. I found the staff really helpful and friendly. Doubt you will find a cheaper room.......$33 is the going rate which is reasonable for this hotel. I thought the breakfast and food...

I stayed in a bamboo bungalow 5 nights. Lovely bungalow, lovely view - but incredibly dirty. When I woke up in the morning I had to get out of bed because the pillows and mattress etc. smelled so bad. Dirt everywhere, I had to use 2 toilet rolls and an hour before I could unpack just a bit. They had...

Not in the village but you can rent scooter in the hotel We were in a bamboo bungalow. The comfort is basic but still the best we had in all our trip in beaches in south east Asia. The bed was confortable, we had a lot of space and the mosquito net was in a good shape. Let's say that...

Resort is one of the cheapest in Ngwe Saung and one of the best. Wooden bungalows are faced the sea with sandy beach and palms. They are rustic but clean, with bathroom and terrace. Power is available from 6 pm till midnight, sometimes till 6 am. Shwe Hin Tha is the only one resort with restaurant on the beach. It...

When you stay in a stone bungalow of this hotel for more than 50US you will get a shabby room with electricity only from 6pm to 6am and a dirty, ugly bathroom with cold water only. The hotel had no wifi during my stay and the restaurant's food isn't really tasty. The restaurant's toilet: I don't want to talk about...

A lovely beach setting. Tom Tom was very, very helpful. He helped me with my booking. A lovely bungalow, comfortable bed! The breakfast is the normal Myanmar cuisine. The evening meals are good though. Restaurant is quiet at night time. Had a lovely time here and would visit again. The beach is fabulous. Ume restaurant is a 5 minute walk...

We stayed to nights in the Shwe Hin Tha Hotel. We had to take the 60 dollar room. The room was very dilapidated. The power is only from 6 am to 6 pm. But no one ever let uns know about that when we checked in. Our shower was blocked and no hot water. The staff at the reception did...

We stayed 5 nights, and were very satisfied with this hotel. We were looking for a classic bamboo hut, and luckily found our expectation. Wide sandy beach, nice bamboo huts with hammock on the terrace, mosquito net over the comfortable double-bed, friendly personnel. Highly recommended accomodation, we would definately book again!
