Had a group of 40 there in January. Apartments were very good, they were pretty much clean and had some minor faults like broken curtain, but nothing major. Staff was very helpful and friendly and have helped my group with some minor issues. We got keys very fast so it is another plus. The only flaw is that you have...

we stayed here in January, but were dissapointed with the snow ând pistes. This time we had perfect conditions, sunshine and good snow. The apartment was a good price and in good condition apart from some tired pillows and the clening could have been a little better. On arrival at reception it was quite busy being changeover day,but the staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. I have been to the chamrousse resort three times on skiing holidays. The apartments have everything you need, they are well furnished and spacious. However, as there are many blocks, location to the ski slopes can be a minor problem. The first time I went in 2011 we had to get the free shuttle bus to the slopes as we...

I spent a week at the Domaine de l'Arselle Apartments in January. We had we apartments A03 ,13 & 23. These are basic but but clean and ideal for a couple. There's a cupboard at the entrance to the building for ski's etc. The apartment doesn't have a kettle, toaster or even a oven only a hob and microwave but...

Dear guest, Thanks a lot for your feedback. You are glad you enjoyed our location. Indeed, Les Villages du Bachat is a residence that rents appartements where you must bring your own sheets, towels and cleaning products. As you said, you can also rent to missing items but most of the time, our customers prefer to bring there own. Happy...

I spent a week in Domaine de l'Arselle in April 2016 with my boyfriend on our first skiing trip. Chamrousse was a good place for beginners but once you pick up some skiing skills, the runs are not that challenging. We went to Chamrousse in the end of the season and the snow was melting quite quickly, so the conditions...

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the amount of details you gave about your stay. The residence is actually 8 small little village-residence so people cannot always have a breathtaking view with the advantage of being close to the ski slopes. Without taking the optionnal appartement guarantee, they cannot be sure about where they'll be sleeping in...

Visited Chamrousse in March and stayed in Asters Block A adjoining one of the sport rental shops and very close to the skiing facilities which was all very convenient. We arrived in the resort about lunchtime only to find that access to our apartment was not allowed before 17:00 due to the cleaning regime operated by the owners 'DG Hotels...

Dear guest, We are sorry to read your comment. We have more than 400 appartements in Chamrousse and the confort of our guests is very important to us. We work with an external company which takes care of the cleaning. Yes, this is possible that they forget to clean an appartement. That's why when we first meet to give you...

Having read the reviews I was a little apprehensive, but on arrival there really wasn't anything to worry about. Granted, the resort of 1700 is quiet with only one two "bars" and a couple of other restaurant/cafes. If you're looking for something with lots of nightlife then this isn't probably the place for you. But if you're looking for somewhere...

Just got back from a week staying in the these apartments. The best thing you can say about these apartments is they are close to the lifts. Literally 5 mins with skis from the silenes block. Some are further away but some are even closer. We booked through crystal and upgraded to the 8 person apartment which I am glad...

Excellent skiing to be found here, accommodations and shops are in good order. Supermarkets at the ski resorts usually a SHERPA are very reasonably priced. Lift systems to the pistes are great, huge area for skiing, novice or expert you will enjoy what chamrousse has to offer. March weather= blue skies and great snow

Just returned from a week in Chamrousse in mid March. The runs are very well maintained and we saw little to no queuing for the lifts. We had a great week and will be returning with family and friends. Runs are fun for the skier who like blues and reds. Not a resort for the skier who likes it a...
