on the RCI web site it said it 5 star, but its actually 3 star according to the rep on the hotel site. They didnt let us know that we could hire beach towels for 5 euro each for the week (changeable when necessary). We found out 2 days before we left and they still charged us 5 euro each....

Visited as a couple 26/4/16 to 03/5/16. Had a beautiful apartment with everything we needed plus a huge balcony overlooking the pool area. Apartment was excellent with cooking area...nice bedroom and great cooking area. Small mini market 2 mins downstairs and had everything we needed at cheap prices. Ate in restaurant a couple of times...very good lasagne. Also went to...

Average sort of place to stay although we wouldn't rush back there! Some nice restaurants in the area although pretty much isolated if you haven't got transport. Apartment wasn't too bad but have stayed in a lot better. Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Had a BIG problem though with mosquitoes which my husband is allergic too so any time...

The hotel is old but in good order. Breakfast is not included. Internet in the rooms is extortionate 16 eu for 24 hrs!! Not a good place for couples old and young, a family holiday hotel noisy every evening when the entertainment by the pool starts. Bedrooms clean but lack soap and shampoo as basics..1 bar of soap is not...

My husband and i went there for our first 2 weeks holidays ever. With a couple of our friends coming with us for 1 week. We got a smaller room than they did, full with cockroaches. We complained at the reception, but they didn't bothered much. After our friends left, we asked to change room and we got a cleaner...

Stayed in a studio apartment which was big enough to be comfortable. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped, 4 ring hob, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and two of everything in the crockery/cutlery line. Overlooked the pool and restaurant so had a bird's eye view of the back of the entertainers! It would be pretty noisy in high season I imagine,...

Stay away!!! We got the worlds worst room with our balcony actually in a car park. When we complained we were told we could pay to upgrade but would have to pay TREBLE because we were not on a timeshare. Unless you are on timeshare AVOID LIKE THIS AWFUL PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Quite area, as the name suggests, a few local bars and restaurants. Nothing spectacular, bus stop outside hotel releases you to Los Christianos, but make sure you have a seat, as the 467 bus seems to fill up with anywhere up to a hundred people (much like the London Underground), but everyone seems good natured-a very good point for all...

This is an RCI timeshare complex. Apparently none of the really good rooms are available to ordinary travellers looking for a hotel room as these are all occupied by timeshare owners. Our room was a studio apartment which was old and tired. The facilities are pretty good though and the bar/restaurant good value. The best aspect of the 'hotel' was...
