The very good l have given is for the staff & the food. Reception very helpful, entertainment worked very hard, our grandchildren loved the mini club. The restaurant staff worked non stop & the maids had a hard job as the rooms were so badly in need of a make over. The beds were comfortable & we had no problem...

Please do not be put off by negative reviews you've seen. I was wondering what we would find after reading some of the things. Reception staff very friendly and most helpful and helped us with all our enquiries and needs. We are a family of six. Rooms have a good size. Ok basic however what do you want? Our rooms...

The first week we were on holiday was a calm laid back week and the hotel was clearly not up to capacity. The second week was a different story. Parents not watching children, children running around corridors etc. (Schools broke up for Easter) However, this also impacted on staffs ability to meet the demands. Costs on arrival The safes are...

The hotel photos and those on TA show exactly what this hotel is. The hotel advertises itself as 2☆ and that's about right. No shame in this, food great, especially lunch and dinner with choices for even the fussiest diners. We found staff to be very friendly and animation team work tirelessly to keep everyone entertained. Rooms cleaned every day....

This is without doubt one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in,yes the place is a bit dated, but a small price to pay for good food, good entertainment staff who showed genuine happiness to actually be there,Angelique above all was so enthusiastic in everything she did for the holiday makers. We went in November 2016,still warm enough to get a...

We were a little nervous when booking this hotel for a family break, mainly due to the reasonable price and poor reviews. To be fair what you see if what you get. The hotel is dated and there are some upgrades needed, but it is faultlessly clean! The rooms are cleaned daily and the pool is also clean. The food is...

Just returned from 5 day break. OK, maybe the building needs a lick of paint but it is 70's built. Fab spacious room. Fab staff especially Roberto at the bar, Igor from the animation team ( whole team in fact) dining room staff. Spotlessly clean....food amazing. Anyone saying it is bad must be a junk food junkie. Fabulous choice, fresh...

Truth is you pay peanuts and get the monkey but not the organ grinder. But take away the bad bits and the Don Pedro was not bad at all. Room tidied every day, plenty of food and reasonable entertainment. We found everybody friendly and approachable. Kids in particular seemed to enjoy the activities and the pool was seldom empty. Our...

From having a family holiday planned with 10 of us in total including a 7 year old we as a whole had a good time! The staff were really quite brilliant some of which seemed to work long shifts back to back especially in the bar and restaurant! The entertainers Igor and Sandra in particular were also amazing filled with...
