Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Parking tb. Room very good, but TV on the table, therefore, risk of shocks. Mirror above the TV,?????? Staff only speaks Spanish, normal for a 4 star ????? Dinner, expensive for being without drinks. Breakfast OK.

Booked this hotel for our visit to Modena and Manderella (Ferrari). The rooms are in another building, that was nice. Big bed, fridge, good shower. The airco made a lot of noice, it was difficult for me to sleep and at 7am housekeeping started to clean the other rooms and that was really noisey as well. Not so good. Didn't use the breakfast buffet or anything else in the hotel.

Rather than a hotel I'd call it motel... check in was very poor; our room, 244, was in a secondary building behind the main one. You access the room from the window door directly from the common balcony.. so basically there is no door, hence basically no privacy. The room, specially the bathroom, smelled of sigarettes. Phone was not working and the room was not well cleaned. The heater was not working so we freezed during the night and the complementary bottle of water was already open and half consumed by the previous customer. When I mentioned that to the receptionist, she just said it was a mistake done by the cleaning lady but she didn't offer me a new one! The bed was not really comfortable. Breakfast is also poor. Considering it's a 3 star hotel I didn't give the minimum score but I surely never go back there

The room was smelly and Stuffy, when we told the person at the front desk that the room smelled from cigarettes and that we would like a different room she argued that its not possible and she wouldn't give us a different room. It was so bad it made my wife sick.
Also the WIFI wasn't working properly on all of our devices and when we complained she told us that its working on her computer so there is no problem.
The "door" to the room is a sliding window which is see through (there is a curtain). This place feels like a sleazy hotel

the bathroom looked new
also no elevator for the second floor.

Clean room and beds, but beds are old. During the night lots of people for an “10 minute stay” and cars departing early in the morning.
Normal for motels, your door is “on” the street.

Another negative expect is that you can not open an window, and there is no ventilation. The airco was blocked, dirty and could not operate. That will be activated during high temps. In my opinion I decided what temp I want/need.

Breakfast is good, forget the cappuccino.
Next time we will take another hotel.

Like sleeping in a mess, dealers out of the vegetable garden until 5am is impossible to sleep. Get out of......everything. Saturdays are absolutely to be avoided. Too bad because the location is convenient but it takes an effective security service
