Had a late start the night before crossing the Channel from Dover. This hotel was perfectly placed to avoid a start from home at 04:00 and the M25 wasn't between us and the port!! Room was very comfortable and the bar was good. Only issue was that there was a function in progress and parking was in short supply

Just back from a spa dinner b&b deal here. Generally ok and value for money - spa treatment nice, pool area relaxing. Food was good although took an hour to come out of kitchen and lack of bar staff in the evening - one person vs 8 in queue. The main issue we had was sleep - we didn't get...

I stayed here for 1 night while in the area for business. I paid for bed and breakfast, I thought it was a good price until I got to the room which needed updating. The price for drinks are extortionate! I had the chicken tikka masala for dinner which costs £15!!!! You could getter a better curry from any pub...

This place was convenient for where i was working. Good big car park, my room was ok, it is quite old and I am guessing that it was quite glamorous at one point. Small but adequate gym, nice pool. Nice surroundings.

I have been to many hotels in my life and I am a platinum card member for Mercure and Novotel. Arrived here last night. Check in was okay. I was warned that Brasserie might be busy so I booked. Worse food ever. Selection of food was laughable poor in quality displayed with no interest. Other guests were complaining about food...

Quite a shabby hotel which I feel is over priced when compared to others in the area which are much more modern, spacious and better equipped. It needs a bit of love and for the rooms and lobby to be updated.

This hotel is huge and impersonal. The odd thing for me was constantly being asked if I had a meal voucher. The hotel is probably a popular business stop. The food itself is very high end and agin this points to the hotel targeting the business market, as it was very expensive.

We paid for an upgraded room. The bed was large and comfortable and the room was very clean. We had a lake view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that the bathroom was very small. For an upgraded room we expected a larger bathroom.

I stayed here on a Wednesday night while in the area on business. The hotel is set in nice surroundings, and is close enough to Maidstone but not central. Upon arrival, I started to check in and while doing so, asked politely if the reception could point me in the direction of the closest toilet, as I had been on...

Great location, surroundings are superb. Staff are really helpful and nothing is too much effort. Excellent for group bookings, there were 3 coach loads in the 4 days we stopped, who were well satisfied with their stay. There are spa facilities and a golf course on site. Excellent food with great variety, exceptional attention to dietary requirements of all types...
