We stayed in a train carriage/cabin. Beautifully restored. Although the restaurant is a bit pricey, the food was excellent. The evenings at the campfire was really fun and even the young ones shared in the lovely atmosphere. We did the easy walk through the tubes. Very informative and quite amazing to know this wonder is on our doorstep. The staff is...

We stayed two nights in the carriages. A novel, fun, experience. Very quiet, clean and ensuite. Only a kettle in the room, you are rather a captive of the bistro (which however is very good). Nice pool, and walks around the camp for the active. Prices are on the high side, but there are way in the bush?

Nice to get out in the bush with a guide. Jason or guide was very informative. Interesting lava tubes. Easy walk but quite a few steps if you have mobility problems. On return enjoy a coffe or drink at the centre. All in all a very good facility. We didn't stay but there's a variety of overnight or longer accommodation...

G'day Lyrebird6, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It's very much appreciated. I wanted to let you know that there is facilities for people with mobility issues. One section of lava tube has been fitted out with a ramp that allows wheelchairs to go right to the tube entrance and then there's a solar powered...

The campsite was well maintained and toilets, showers etc. kept nice and clean. Lovely swimming pool area. The kitchen facilities were great, with plenty of room in the fridge for our food. I don't know if the site ever gets crowded but there was hardly anyone there in February; if it were full then the toilets and kitchen may not...

G'day 277amelia, Thanks for your feedback after your recent visit to Undara Experience. It's very much appreciated Yes you were there during the "Green Season" which from a visitor perspective, is our quietest time of year. As you rightly pointed out, due to there being very few visitors at that time we run our business with only a few staff...

We arrived early and were made very welcome. There is a outside kitchen with fridge electric jug, microwave and bbq plus running water with no charge. Also free tea and coffee at the bistro. The tour was very informative and we went into three caves all on board walks.

4 of us stayed here in April 2017. 2 had a pioneer hut & 2 had a powered site. Both sites were good but I think the pioneer hut was overpriced for the size & amenities. Staff were great. Amenities for the campers could do with a sprucing up & consideration for disabled persons (this was part of a bucket...

There six generations of the Collins Family. Have worked tireless to capture and create an authentic icon ie. Lava tubes a wonderous phenomenon caused by volcanic seepage. Everyone should experience the hospitality and true australian Outback on their level. Big Thanks.

We camped for a couple of nights on the powered sites. We spent the 2 days relaxing as well as visiting the caves on a guided tour and also walking up the volcano. Good views from the volcano and the caves are worth visiting. Not much happening at night, which was disappointing, but they did apologise as they had someone...
