2 night stay for conference. Reception provide prompt and friendly service with a smile. Room was clean and comfortable and great value for Noosa and provided all that I required. Conveniently located to all of my conference venues and free onsite parking was very convenient. Beds were comfortable and all facilities adequate and within expectations of the value for money rates.
Sure, the rooms are older, but it's Noosa and most of your day will be outdoors lapping up the wonderful environment, and attractions. The pub and restaurant facilities are excellent and convenient.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my family. Didn’t spend much time at the hotel as we tried to visit as many places as possible in Noosa. Good size room, clean and bed is comfortable for sleeping. Good location as it was in walking distance to supermarket, fast food joint, a few small shops and bottle shop. They also offered room service as there’s bar / restaurant right next to it. We received 10% discount for meals at the restaurant and 2 free drinks voucher upon arrival. 2 minutes drive to the riverside shops, cafes, water sport rentals and ferry terminal.

Very old fashioned and dingy but clean. Everyone was fresh and stocked. Bathrooms felt clean. Room felt clean. Nice outdoor area and seating. Just needs a paint job and a few more appliances. Would have liked a microwave. Staff clearly made the effort to give you a good experience (free drinks and friendly service) regardless of the venues flaws.

This was definitely a low point of our trip around Australia. I would compare it to an old American motel. The doors were scratched and our room had a bad smell and the floor tiles felt sticky. The reception lady did reluctantly agree for our floor to be recleaned but it didn't make much of a difference. We ended up going to the (convenient location) Woolworths in the same business park for antibac wipes and scented candles! The location is good, just a short walk from the river and shops/restaurants nearby. We did have a couple of drinks in the attached bar, it was ok but closed quite early and some of the staff seemed a bit off. Good amount of toiletries provided in the room (soap, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner).

Went for lunch never again waited 47 minits for a garlic bread then another 15 for mains chicken snitzel was bland not even chicken processed and 28 dollars. Absolutely disgusting service and food. Will never eat here again my partner had a steak that was ok but to wait so long and it was not busy was bad

Although it is a great location and the Pub had excellent food the accomodation was extremely disappointing. They advertise a lovely renovated room on the internet but our room hadn’t been renovated in a very long time. On arrival the tiled floors had been freshly cleaned but the carpet had a large stain on it. The bed rolled to the centre as well as to the sides. In the main area there was one powerpoint other than the one where the TV was plugged in and it was only a single. We needed this for the kettle and our devices. The ceiling was false and had chunks of broken bits hanging from it. The interconnecting door had large scrapes of paint missing from it. A new split air conditioning system had been installed but the old system was still in the room on the floor. The curtains were disgusting and covered stains. The bathroom door had obviously been in the wars and had a lot of marks and paint missing from it, the floor area where the door meets the frame had so much dust and yuck in it. The bathroom ceiling had rusted/mouldy metal and I don’t think the shower had been properly cleaned in a long time, it had mould and grime on the walls. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom but you couldn’t open the window as there was no screen and it opened onto the main walkway and car park.

Dear Sir, Madam This is not the first time, second time but the third time that I have experienced the worst food a PUB, not a restaurant, a PUB can ever produce. Your cook's, obviously not chef's have absolutely no idea about cooking. I was with my 2 children on table 32 yesterday (Saturday 6th). There food, just acceptable. My order, Graziers rib fillet at $39 was an absolute disgrace. It was wafer thin, the size of a steak sandwich piece of utter trash. Tough, chewy, tasteless and to the point you could see through it. For goodness sake, $39. Ingredients would meet $8.00 in total. Mass of chips and a baby cup of miserable tasteless salad. Quite frankly, I doubt that the "COOK" not chef, the cook wouldn't eat it. Wake up for goodness sake. Where on earth is the manager, quality control. No doubt the cook wouldn't serve that to management. Sheerer shed cooks. By the way, to see an Asian woman using her hands to place the salad leaf with her hands (no gloves) wipe her face and then to proceed to place more salad to the bowel is disgraceful. Then to have a sign, sign in, wear a mask. What utter and ridiculous protocol. The most pathetic, mismanaged pub (not restaurant) that I have ever encountered for quite some time. I am perfectly aware that this message will go by the wayside and all will continue as usual. What a shame. Good part was, the staff are extremely pleasant and my glass of beer was pleasing. Management won't adopt to my suggestions, rather, just proceed along as always. Remove you advertising, 100 day Graziers steaks. Pathetic and hopeless. The Villa is not a steak venue, or is management being taken for fools by the cooks. A good chef would never work at the Villa because a good chef would throw what I was served into the rubbish. From the moment you step into this pub you are quickly greeted by a friendly, happy, helpful young lady who I think was named Tara. She made us feel so welcomed. Restaurant looked fresh, clean and modern. I had the Arancini balls which were delicious and the Nachos which was good. Would come back again for the great customer service we had. Tara is an amazing young lady and a credit to your establishment.

I stayed at this hotel with family for one night on our way up country and unfortunately i’m not super happy. We arrived at 6pm and the reception had already closed which is extremely early so we had to use the lock box. Secondly there’s only 1 plug for the whole room no where near the beds. It’s in a great location but the room is not amazing but is okay for a one or 2 night stay.

We ordered off the seniors menu. I ordered chicken snitzel with salad and chips and mushroom gravy. Chicken snitzel was good, nice crispy coating and not overcooked. Salad was ok. Chips not all crunchy, mushroom gravy way too much salt, that's all you could taste. My husband had lamb rissoles , with mashed tinned peas!!!!! And mashed potato.. Rissoles were OK. Food overall was ok.
