We used this Retreat in Noosaville for a reunion.
It was our 45th Year Reunion for a Pennworld Overland bus trip (Kathmandu to London in 1979) .
What a great place ...Superb Rooms and Amenities and the couple running the place went above and beyond with all that we required . The grounds are exceptionally well maintained and super clean. Pride was on display at all times. A credit to you both.
Easy walk into Noosaville itself with a couple of grocery stores nearby and many eating establishments a short walk away. Very Central to all that is on offer in Noosaville.
This was the best place we have ever used for our Reunions (This was The 4th One) and if anybody is looking for a place for a get togther for Family / Reunion ect. this is the place !

Very clean apartment, good living space, high speed internet, well equipped kitchen, basic items were provided like dishwashing liquid, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, shampoo and body wash. Had a nice sized ensuite bathroom. The sofabed was a big help for my little niece who joined us for this holiday due to school holidays. Good facilities like swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, and bbq area. Close to supermarket, and other shops. Noosa main beach is only 7 minutes drive. Each apartment unit has designated covered parking space. Booking. com posted the checkout time as 8am-10am but reception was still closed at 8am so we had to leave the key at the key box outside. We were in a hurry to leave for Sunday service. Overall stay was fantastic and relaxing.

Had an overnight stay here as I was attending a funeral. Due to Covid 19 and the whole area bring quiet we were able to check in early which was really appreciated. The owners Jeff and Kate ( hope I’ve remembered the names correctly ) are friendly and helpful advising of places to eat and directions to where we needed to go. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. It was a self contained unit . The kitchen also had a pod coffee machine with some coffee pods. The location is great - about a 4 minute walk to a shopping centre that has a supermarket, BWS and Uncle Dan’s. Great restaurants nearby and the river waterfront are only a few minutes away. I will certainly stay here again. Some rooms have been renovated and the decor is very inviting . I wish the new owners well and hope you survive the current crisis that we are in.

+1
We stayed for three nights and we’re not disappointed. Whilst the location is out of town the beach is about a 10min walk, but we drove and found parking very easy. We particularly enjoyed watching the turtles off Dolphin Point in Noosa NP.
The room itself was very comfortable, we had room 1, and well equipped. The bed was comfortable with clean and crisp cotton sheets. The air conditioning was efficient. The kitchen is equally well equipped and spacious as is the sitting and dinning area, there are chairs and table outside too. Slightly annoying are the warnings everywhere about pretty much everything including having to pay extra for beach towels.
We were welcomed by the manager who was every helpful, providing tips on where to go etc.
Outside there is a nice pool but don’t expect to swim, it’s too small, good for a plunge after a long day. There is a shower, plenty of sun beds and a bbq area. Even scooters can be hired.
Our only criticisms are the slightly tired appearance of the room decoration, the noise from the road and the wooden boards in the shower which are uncomfortable to stand on.
Recommended but get a room on the first floor and away from the road.

Thank you Jef123456789 for your review and feedback. We are delighted you had a lovely stay and enjoyed your time in and around Noosa - aren't the Turtles magical! Our location and apartments are perfect for couples wishing to explore this area within a budget and as we are only a small complex the pool size fits most of our guests needs without encouraging too much in the way of Marco Polo :) No.1 is one of our standard apartments and is due for renovation in the new year :) Safe Travels, Kind regards, Kate & Geoff

Staying only one night in the area for work we booked this property as the price was reasonable and the photos made the property look clean and fresh.
On arrival my initial thought it was on a rather busy intersection (granted it was a Friday afternoon) and worried the noise might impact quality of sleep and our stay overall.
On check in the lady who greeted us was very friendly and helpful, physically providing directions to room and information about the area and places we could enjoy dinner along with a map which was helpful and we were not familiar with the river front area. (Some really lovely restaurants and sunsets to be had a short walk away)
The room itself was a great size, older bones freshened up nicely with good renovation including double glazing!! The decoration modern yet homely and neat, lovely deck for a wine before dinner, fully equipped kitchen, clean fresh linen and a comfortable bed and pillows, pump bathroom toiletries (a preference of mine to avoid the tacky single use plastic bottles that we all seem to take home, never use and end up in land fill).
Although the external photos seen online were nice, the garden and grounds far exceeded my expectation, the garden has matured and the is very well maintained, the pool (small but appropriate for the boutique size of the property) and spa sparkling clean and lovely looking sun beds, clearly the owners/managers take pride in the surrounds.
Yes the road is still there however blocked by lovely planting and yes it can be heard whilst outside but inside it was quiet and peaceful and we had a fantastic stay.
On check out the same friendliness continued with a gentleman wishing us safe travels. The process was quick and we were back on the road refreshed and relaxed after a good nights rest, we would like to return, Thanks

Sad that Sandy and Steve are leaving NRR after three years of amazing service but they deserve a break.
But a big welcome to Geoff and Kate- who have just taken over management. They are so enthusiastic and no doubt will keep up the high standards achieved by Sandy and Steve.
We have stayed at NRR on at least four occasions over the past three years and it such superb value in the Noosaville area. It is ideal for couples with each unit having one bedroom. Over Christmas and school holidays, I have seen a few couples with one or two small children. We always enjoy the relaxing environment and the delightful garden and pool area.
On each of our visits the room as been immaculately clean in every area.
We always try and stay at NRR as in my view it is the best value in Noosaville.

Can't speak highly about our 10 day stay at Noosa River Retreat.
We arrived late in the afternoon after an exhausting day travelling to find music playing and lamps on in our accommodation. It is the small touches that make you feel instantly at home. Everything was so clean, beautifully decorated and everything was provided that you could ever need. The amenities reflect the standard of the room and we enjoyed many hours by the pool.
Kate and Geoff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you and are truly lovely thoughtful people.
Very centrally located and walking distance to bars, restaurants and easy to access all Noosa has to offer with a short drive.
Would we stay again?......Absolutely!!

We loved having you here and thoroughly enjoyed our chats. Most guests go home after a holiday with t-shirt or a souvenir stubbie holder... you went home with a Cooper lol :) Hope we get to meet him some day. Spotlessly clean unit with great amenities! We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place. Its close to the river front (easy walk) and if you're keen you can walk all the way to Hasting's Street too. If not, you can take the loop which stops right next to the resort. Kate and Geoff were very welcoming and explained to us in detail about how to get around in Noosa and the things we could do during our stay including places to eat.
Thank you both for making our stay such a pleasure.

Stayed here for a week with my B13 and G10 and we loved it to bits. Clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Great location, a little walk from the main drag but easily accessible to everything and after a busy day at the river or beach a fab pool the kids loved! Owners (& Mildred of course) so delightful! We will be back if my kids have a say! Thanks for having us!! Nicole

We had a wonderful stay here! Apartments are lovely and spacious. It was so nice when we arrived to walk into the room with music playing, lamps on and the beautiful oil smell. The birthday gift we ordered was fantastic along with the excellent towel creation of the swans!!! Impressive!! Great walking distance to cafes and the riverfront. Friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
