Our friendly holiday apartment complex is situated on a quiet side street just 50 metres from Gympie Terrace on the Noosa River in Noosaville, where you can find chilled out cafes, beautiful restaurants, interesting shops and water activities galore! We have 16 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom/1 bathroom self contained, self catering apartments that are fully furnished and fully kitted out to be your home whilst you're away from home. I stayed for 4 nights and it was so lovely. I was checked in by the lovely lady who is caretaker of the place. She was so welcoming & friendly, gave me great tips for the area and spoke to me like we were old friends. Her warmth was so genuine (thank you!)
The 1BR apartment was lovely. It was so clean, so spacious, has EVERYTHING that you need including all kitchen stuff, dishwasher, w/shing machine, dryer, I literally felt at home. I loved the balcony, lovely place to wind down after a long day with a glass of red. The pool area was good & very relaxing, I went off season so there was always a pool chair available. Thez also a jacuzzi
Its a two minute walk from the beautiful river area. It has such a great vibe with so many restaurants along the strip, you are spoilt for choice. The river area is just stunning and so serene, great place to walk around and hang out. You can hire boats, jet skis etc.
I travelled solo and felt very safe at all times. I highly recommend this place, its such good value for money and location is a winner.

my hubby and I stayed at Rimini Apartments in
Edward Street, Nooseville are just so lovely and the Managers Adrienne and Paul make the place. They are so helpful and so friendly and just a delight and so informative to help your stay to be the best. The apartments are fabulous. We had a 1 bedroom apartment. it was huge and a lovely kitchen and bedroom with wooden shutter sliding doors which were wonderful. loved the balcony looking over the garden. The pool was just super and nice and warm its heated and the spa great. a lovely BBQ area which we used. The furnishings etc were all so nice and modern and clean.. we will definitely stay there again. you were in walking distance to the river about 5minutes walk and resturants all in walking distance. we hardly used the car. if we wanted to go to Noosa Heads we got the bus on Gympie terrace and at holiday time there was a free bus. we stayed there in January 2020. Cant wait to go back and stay again. we really recommend Riminni apartments. Thankyou Adrienne and Paul for all your help and our lovely chats they meant a lot.Woollworths was walking distance and they have little trolleys for you to borrow to food your food in. we had our car so just drove there but you can walk it easily.Nooseville has wonderful resturants .

We often holiday I’m Noosaville and always now book into Rimini. The location is central to Gympie Terrace with all the lovely cafes and restaurants we do walk to Hastings Street which is about a 20 minute walk.
The units are very clean and they feel very comfortable and relaxing. Top spot 👍

Spending 5 days in the area over New Years (as part of a 10 day road trip) Hastings Street and the surrounds of central Noosa is chaos. So, Noosaville is a welcome escape. A short (free) shuttle into Noosa means you can easily access Noosa Main Beach.
Rimini Apartments are literally a minute from the river, but being on a side street means they’re quiet.
Our apartment (#19) was on the top floor. Really nice layout, very clean and well appointed. It has all the amenities should you want to eat in, plus a washing machine for a handy load mid trip.
Having a pool was also a godsend on those afternoons when we didn’t want to head back to main beach.
Having been to the area half a dozen times over the years, Plus 1 and I loved this location and the apartment and will definitely look to book again

We loved everything about the Rimini apartments especially its convenient location which was walking distance to a huge variety of restaurants. We didn’t feel the need to hire a car as the bus stop was only a short walk away, the free bus takes you directly into Hastings St. The accommodation was spacious and clean with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The hosts were an absolute delight from the initial enquires I made about the property to the day we checked out. We will definitely return to this wonderful property!

I always love staying at Rimini as not only are the apartments clean and spacious but the location is only a few steps to the Noosa river and lots of wonderful shopping and first class restaurants.
In 2 days we managed to fill our Christmas stockings, eat in first class restaurants, walk on the beach and walk along the river in between our visits to Noosaville, Hastings Street, Noosa Junction and Peregian Beach.
These apartments come highly recommended for a weekend or a longer stay.

Stayed here for a few nights whist visiting Noosaville. What a nice little place. The apartment that we stayed in was so big and fully equipped with everything that you could need in terms of crockery/cutlery/glasses etc etc. The room was very clean and had a nice large balcony. The pool, which was on the small side, was also very nice. The lady at Reception was lovely and also very helpful. The apartments are located on a side street to Gympie Terrace and everything is within walking distance, so is a fantastic location. Would definately stay here again upon returning to Noosa.

Rimini Apartments are in a great location, walking distance to cafes on the riverbank, walking distance to grocery store. Quiet location, quiet apartment, with all mod cons needed for comfort. Roomy apartment, very clean, easy undercover parking. Easy drive to Eumundi Markets, 5mins into Noosa, but no need to go as everything you need for a good holiday is just a short walk from the apartment.

Unfortunately the apartment we were allocated was nothing like the apartments advertised. It was dark and very outdated. The bathroom sink did not drain. The furnishings were all mismatched. There were four sugar sachets which is pretty scungy. If you wanted a towel to use around the pool you had to pay $5. If you are staying for two or three days you don’t want to be buying a bag of sugar. I would suggests if you are looking at staying here, ask for photos of the apartment first. No 15 certainly needs updating.
The power point in the bathroom was illegal and dangerous. It was only inches from the sink which is a major electrocution risk.

My mother and I recently stayed in a two bedroom apartment here. The location is fantastic, two minutes walk and your on the main st along the picturesque Noosa River. It is so easy to be able to stroll for a simple coffee or a fine dining meal so close by. Adrienne and her partner are very friendly and always on hand if needed. The room and surrounding gardens are very clean and the room has everything you could possibly need, the office even had a great DVD collection if you’d like to relax and watch a movie like we did.
We can’t wait to return in 2022.

Hi, yes we do provide pool towels - there is a small hire fee of $2.50 for the length of your stay.
This review was written with honesty and integrity and factual - we have just stayed at Verano Resort and there is no comparison whatsoever - am not in the business of bagging businesses - I know as a customer I would appreciate it and with all the other reviews that are so positive has got us dumbfounded to say the least - maybe the other units are better

Yes nearly all of our apartments have been updated.
If you look at the 'management photos' we've loaded they are up to date - but I think the 'travellers photos' are really quite out of date.
We took over in February and were told that old pictures that guests have uploaded on trip advisor just stay on their site and we don't get to remove them.
The apartments are all really nice; the superior ones listed on any of the booking sites have all been modernised. But please call us if you want to talk it through?
