Bermuda Villas is/are hard to fault and why would you want to. Our apartment was huge and airy, lovely modern furniture with air con in the living room as well as in each bedroom. A very well stocked kitchen. Very close to the Noosa river, restaurants just up the road, very close to the free Go Noosa bus loop at peak time, peaceful, private unit. The swimming pool and landscaping surrounds are superb. The spa is not hot at the moment due to Covid hygiene requirements, however at just a couple of degrees above the temp of the lovely pool this works well. The spa gave me a giggle as the bubbles are very strong and having a spa was like having a free remedial massage, it absolutely pummels you which was great therapy for my husband and I after long runs and bike rides. Bermuda Villas are virtually faultless and the lovely staff that work there are super friendly and very accommodating. Thank you so much for our beautiful stay, it is probably our new favourite of the several places we have stayed at in Noosa and Noosaville over the years. Highly recommended.

A group of travelling golf mates stayed at Bermuda for 5 nights. Ideal arrangement, two in each apartment, separate bedrooms and bathrooms, good size and quality kitchen/ living area and decent size deck. Clean, well equipped, decent supplies of consumables provided. Perfect for that sort of holiday

We had our third family holiday at Bermuda Villas during the September 2017 school holidays. We were in Unit 3 which was very comfortable, with modern appliances, lots of living space and comfy beds. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, spacious kitchen and laundry facilities. This unit is fully airconditioned. We were able to store our small tinny on site, along with undercover parking for our vehicle. A special mention for managers Deb and Bob. Both are an absolute delight to deal with. Bob has the pool looking absolutely gorgeous and the BBQ facilities are spotless. We can't recommend the place highly enough for a wonderful family vacation. The price is right, especially for Noosaville and the location is central to everything. We had a relaxing, family holidays and will be back again for sure. Thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable Deb and Bob!

We recently spent 10 days at the Bermuda Villas. We looked forward to it with great anticipation and had booked directly with Alan, who couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived quite late, though had let them know and that wasn't a problem. We clambered up the stairs to Apartment 12, which was on the top floor overlooking the pool. At first glance, the apartment looked lovely, but once we had started to settle ourselves in, we realised that the cleaners had not done a very good job. Skirting boards had months of dirt on them, glass table tops (of which there were many), still had cup marks from the previous occupants, cobwebs hung from the pictures, the inside of the drawers were full of all sorts of detritus and the shower door in the ensuite looked decidedly unsavoury. We did mention to Tina about the dirt behind the bedside cabinets, which she came and cleaned herself, which was very kind of her. We were a little disappointed with the quality and age of some of the equipment in the apartment as it has a 4 star plus rating we had expected things to be a little more modern and not quite so tired. The laundry tub door fell off when it was opened, the washer was the loudest I have ever heard!
Alan booked us onto the Noosa Everglades trip, which was well worth the money and a totally relaxing day. The skipper was a Kiwi, which made it even better!!
We had a great time in Noosaville and the Bermuda Villas was in an absolutely perfect spot for us on a fairly quiet street, but just a 10-15 minute walk along Gympie Terrace to all the restaurants, cafes and shops.
We would not hesitate to go back to Bermuda Villas again, provided that the cleanliness issues have been addressed.

First time at this property, well impressed. Managers are excellent, friendly efficient even made phone calls to check my arrival item. Location is excellent for Nooseville cafes and shops or boat hire. Rooms are spacious, clean and with excellent décor and furnishings. Austar and free wifi, laundry and second toilet. Downside no ground floor so mobility problems need to be considered. Pool and spa BBQ areas lovely and tidy .Kitchen has everything you can need and a full size fridge .Down
side parking for your vehicle may be a distance away. No lift, so pack light baggage. Value for money excellent well worth the stay

Firstly, we have stayed in Noosa many times before and found even moderately priced accommodation wanting - mostly the location being too noisy due to road traffic, or, not within convenient walking distance to shops/restaurants/the river, or the Hastings Street precinct.
Bermuda Villas are in an ideal situation! The complex is immaculately maintained, the gardens beautifully and luxuriantly planted, the lovely pool area so clean. Well - EVERYTHING is impressively maintained! Congratulations Bermuda Villas Managers/Owners.

Our top floor apartment was comfortably furnished and equipped. We wanted for nothing. Plenty of glasses/utensils/crockery etc and all shiny & newish. No 'odds n sods' or blunt knives here. The airconditioning, which we so needed over the hot nights we stayed, worked well. Good bathrooms x 2 in the 2 bedroomed apartment, a well equipped laundry etc. and the outdoor patio, East Facing and overlooking the pool, was very pleasant on those hot evenings. So, the Bermuda Villas is ideally sited too - no searingly hot Westerly Sun heated areas!
We could just see the Noosa River through Palm fronds. We wanted some sort of outlook and were happy to take a 3rd Floor apartment (no lifts). However, when bringing elderly people who can't climb stairs, up for a holiday we would have to enquire if there is a 'villa' there with easier access. Really though, when next we come up this way we would stay nowhere else, (unless bringing the Mother in Law).
We did not want to use our vehicle whilst we wandered around so our location was quiet and ideal and the ground floor parking under the building convenient.

The apartment was fully equipped with whatever a family required for a comfortable resort stay. Located at a conveniently accessible location in Noosa which is a stone's throw away from Noosa, Hastings Street. The unit fit for 4 was luxurious, clean and very spacious. There was a 50-inch digital television in the living room as well as a 25-inch television set in the master bedroom. Apart from that, all rooms including the living room are air-conditioned. On top of that, it's kitchen was well-equipped with cutlery and utensils. One of the onsite owner manger, Tina, was helpful in assisting my family on getting around Noosa. Strongly recommended for a satisfying 5-star stay in Noosa.

The reviews you read and the pictures you see of Bermuda Villas do not necessarily reflect what you get.
It would appear that each of the apartments at Bermuda are individually owned but managed collectively. As such, each of the apartments are a reflection of what the owner is able to spend or is willing to spend on décor, appliances, etc.
We stayed in apartment 3 which is very dated. I’m guessing the Bermuda complex was built in the 1980’s and apartment 3 is still pretty much in that era. The only updated features are new(ish) tiles in the living room and new(ish) cupboards in the kitchen, but sadly, old kitchen appliances remain.
A residual cooking odour when you first walk into the apartment doesn’t help with first impressions.
The things that disappoint are …… an ancient, intrusive, (and inefficient) air conditioner in the living room, a dishwasher with rusted front panel, an old tired oven with badly scratched handle and rusted lower front panel, an old refrigerator with yellowed handles, an old yellowed microwave, a clothes horse with flaking enamel and rusted metal, old yellowed light switches, old tap fittings with pitted chrome. Should I go on?
Don’t look behind the tv in the living room as the grime on cables and the power board are off-putting.
Carpet in the 2 bedrooms is old, flattened and stained in a number of places. It gives you the heebie jeebies if considering walking around in bare feet.
The ensuite shuts off from the main bedroom with 2 ill-fitting sliding doors with a large gap in between. The result is a lovely ‘peek-a-boo’ experience that you don’t really need when having a shower or sitting on the toilet.
The beds were ok to sleep on. Sheets and pillowslips were clean, but it’s best not to look any further. The pillows are old and stained. I tried not to think about them whilst sleeping.
Looking at other reviews, there’s undoubtedly a number of good apartments in Bermuda Villas but it’s a lottery as to whether you get a decent one or not. I missed out on a prize this time. May you have better luck with your gambling!

Our family stayed a week at Bermuda Villas spread over 3 villas, all loved our stay. Perfect location just off the river, easy walking distance to many cafes. Great pool and bbq area. Will visit again

We had a 2 night stay in one of the lovely fully self contained units at Bermuda Villas. Location is great, units are very well appointed, very spacious and comfortable. Rates are very reasonable especially for the location.
