Just 100 metres from the Noosa River, Sandy Shores Apartments offer a private balcony with lovely garden views. The property features an outdoor pool, a barbecue area and a sunny terrace. Noosa River Sandy Shores is in walking distance to all amenities including dozens of fabulous restaurants, shops and great fishing spots. There is a bus stop directly outside and our one bedroom apartments are perfect for a long stay or short stay getaway. Each apartment has a self contained kitchen and air conditioner, comfy queen sized beds, FOXTEL, free WiFi and our complex also has a lift and a ramp, which is perfect for guests with mobility issues. We would love to host you on your next vacation!

We just spent 3 nights here. It is a lovely place to stay. We had apartment #3 overlooking the pool. Very cute inside and comfy. Everything you need is in the apartment. Amy and Jason are very friendly. Happy to help out in any way. So close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in unit 9. What a beautiful renovation it was. New kitchen,air conditioner,TV,Netflix, gorgeous outlook with the morning sun. Pristinely clean. Fast wifi. We loved the lift too. Very convenient and affordable holiday. Comfortable bed,book swap,umbrellas available,strong water pressure and close to all restaurants and supermarkets. Hosts Ami and Jason went above and beyond. Very helpful and kind folks. Would recommend without hesitating. Will be back and tell all our friends to stay.

We spent 2 weeks at Noosa River Sandy Shores. Amy and Jason are some of the nicest people we have probably ever met. Nothing was a problem. It felt like we were staying in their home. And they gave us amazing recommendations. The apartment was SO CLEAN!!!! Immaculate. Perfect. Everything worked. And so comfortable. The wifi was better than ours at home. And unlimited. FREE NETFLIX! And a washing machine and dryer. And SOFT TOILET PAPER! There’s a lift too! So you don’t have to carry your bags upstairs. And secure parking. If you’re down to earth and like real hospitality, a clean and safe place to stay that is literally in the heart of Noosaville, then go here! We cannot wait to return. See you next year.

Prior to our stay, I advised we have Asthma, allergies and don’t use air conditioning; rather we open windows and use ceiling fans. I was reassured in writing the hotel is cleaned to high standards. Upon arrival the room smelled horrible! There is mould, dirt and grime throughout and window cills and tracks. The shower has mould too. Walls have dirty brown marks throughout. The furniture has stains and is very aged. The only new furniture, a leather couch had to be wiped clean before sitting on it. This is far from the high standards of cleanliness management portrayed, prior to our stay. At night all windows need to be closed and there’s midges and mosquitos and no window screens at all. Upon stating the above to management, no solutions were offered, only excuses. Management said they clean themselves, rather than hiring cleaners... Our stay here is unpleasant and without resolve. …

I had read all the wonderful reviews for this resort before I booked and now I know why everyone had such glowing comments to say about resort managers Amy and Jason. Such a personable couple that really care about their guests. I had a request regarding a health issue and this was not a problem at all and handled professionally which was certainly appreciated by me. The resort was clean and well maintained and my unit had been recently renovated and was perfect for my needs. The location is also impressive as Indian, Mexican and Italian restaurants are only a minutes walk around the corner and Woolies and Dan Murphy’s across the road . This little gem will certainly be my “ Go To “ in the future. Recommend highly

This is the second time at the Noosa River Sandy Shores. The reason for my return is the location and managers, Amy and Jason. This stay was my 3rd attempt to enter Qld from NSW. To Amy and Jason’s credit they were very cooperative with my two cancellations when the borders closed earlier in the year. I stayed in Unit 7, which was upgraded in 2019 and is where I stayed on my last visit. I like NRSS due to being out of the rat race of Noosa, but very convenient to many restaurants, supermarkets and the river front. Whilst there I utilised the Noosa Ferry to cruise up to Noosa and back. Tip, take the last round trip and they are licensed for BYO so allow alcohol on board. A few beverages whilst cruising with the sun going down was very relaxing. I will definitely return and stay when in Noosaville on my next visit.…

We just stayed here over the long weekend in August and found it a really great place to stay. Its location is just perfect - a short walk to Woolworths and Dan Murphys and also some great restaurants just 2 minutes walk (or less) around the corner in Thomas Street or Gympie Terrace. Absolutely ideal for couples as I believe they are all one bedroom apartments. We had a really relaxed stay. The bed and the couch in the loungeroom were both comfortable which you don't always find in some apartments. The Managers were also friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here.

For a second time we stayed at Noosa River Sandy Shores and again were warmly welcomed by the amazing managers, Amy & Jason who are the best accommodation providers to be found anywhere! This is the best place to stay in Noosa, not only for the hospitality but also for the immaculate cleanliness, facilities, location & secure undercover parking. The apartments equipped with a washing machine, dryer & dishwasher have everything to allow you feel you’re at home away from home. Amy and Jason have taken care of the fine details and even supplied high quality toilet paper! The location is the most convenient in the area with Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s, McDonalds, medical centre & specialty shops across the road & Noosaville’s many restaurants within minutes walk. If it’s value you’re looking for, it’s here.. the rates are incredibly reasonable. Book directly on their own website for the best price. Thank you Amy & Jason.. you make us feel like family.
